Negative mindset is our most biggest enemy that can destroy our lives without us noticing.

It is normal to have negative thoughts, but dwelling on them can really affect your life in a negative way. Negative thoughts are natural ways of responding to disaster, heartache.

But to a degree can result into serious health problems such as slowing down digestion, decreases the immune system ability to fight inflammation, chest pain, depression and so many other diseases.

This one reason why negative minded people are more likely to develop sickness than positive minded people. Prolonged negative thinking hurts the mental health making such individuals become drug addicts, smoking or indulge into other bad behaviours. Research suggests that happiness and optimism are more of our choice to make than being influenced.

If you are often thinking negatively, you will feel hopeless because the way you think affects your emotions and then your emotions in turn affect your behaviour. Negative mindset can hinder you from a

chieving your set goals, and can make you feel worst and also add a negative value to your life. This is no benefit for having a negative mindset but instead can reward you with a worthless life, deprive you from social interaction, gives you less confidence in your self, makes you feel sad all the time, give you weaknesses, lower self esteem and also crown you with an unsuccessful life. The fear of failure is associated with negative mindset which in turn slowsdonwm activity in your cerebellum, there by reducing your ability to come up with a fantastic ideas and solutions to the problems you are facing.

This fears of failure that negative minded people have can also affect the left temporal lobe of the brain making them suffer from bad memory or poor impulse control. Negative thoughts is our immediate enemy, it destroys our enthusiasm and motivation. It also contributes to our indecision, resistance and unwillingness to take action, Caring us away from our target.

We are our own worst enemy when we cultivate a negative mindset. There are a lot of negative thoughts in us that is stopping us from being proactive and going forth into the world to display our individual potentials. Just because things are not turning out the way we want them does not make us unsuccessful, or because we have been rejected and disappointed so many times doesn’t mean we are not qualified, just because we have failed countless times does not mean we are losers.

A negative mindset blocks the flow of positive energy and also diminishes our confidence and faith in our own abilities. Allowing negative mindset to dwell in us will never brings the rainbows and sunshine into our lives.

Instead of anticipating for failures, we should anticipate success and believe in ourselves. It is important to note that there are less shame in failures and defeat than never trying at all.

Many great men resurrected from the ashes of countless failures and defeat to reap their rewards of great success and prosperity. Negative mindset can have a greater devastating effect with our relationship with people. Despite the damage a negative mindset can cause in ourselves, we can follow this steps and deal with it. Be an optimist rather than a pessimist. Optimism is a powerful tool one can use it and undo the damage caused as a result of negative mindset. Scientist discovered that positive minded people have much more activity in the prefrontal cortex of the brain.

One can also use positive affirmation to improve the quality of your life, you can use it to work on your negative thinking patterns. As you work on correcting your negative self talk, you will gain self confidence and overcome your fears and build up confidence to face the challenges that comes. When you can be able to do this, you will discover that your relationship with family and friends or spouse becomes more stronger sweet and you also can develop interest in social activities.

Identify and step out from the negative thinking patterns as they are unhealthy and unhelpful to you. The major issues and challenges here is not the having the negative thoughts, but believing those thoughts to be true. So when we do not entangled ourselves in thoughts like that, they loose their grip on us and power to generate unpleasant emotions. Coming back to our senses is another way of dealing with negative mindset. Redirect to the on things that will make you focus. Learn to recognize the reality in life, view the good and bad side of the world.

The more you accept the reality of events and become an optimist, the more you will focus your energy on positive things. Always think positively and live positively and involve yourself in activities that cultivate happy thoughts such as your hobbies and make it a habit. Another way of dealing with a negative mindset is to turn your negativity into action.

Instead of using your fears against yourself, you then use it as motivation and have a healthy and positive lifestyle. Always spend your time with positive minded people who can impact your life with positive ideas.

Live the moment and focus on the task ahead of you, avoid thinking of the mistakes you made in the past and face the future.
