Our health is important.
Actualy our life is above hundred years but we gone away between 60 to 70 because we dont care about our body.
What it mean we eat proper food and proper health exercise and proper sleeping is important. But we can't follow this because of our work tension.
How to follow this do you know?
First prepare timetable for food chat and exercise chat and stick it in our home board.If we see the timetable chart daily we follow the food eating habite what we write on the board.
Otherwise we eat anyone which we like that one is not good for our health. Sleeping habite important for health But we font think about our sleeping.
Work
work we finished then only we sleep. But it will affect our body health totally. Minimum eight our sleeping is important to our body. So all part of our body work in good way. We escape from more diseases.
Next one exercise we dont think in our life. We normally argue that our work in our everyday life is good exercise to us. But its wrong.
American gave much important to exercise. More health care machine rooms are freely exisist there. In library we saw exercise room in America. In rented house colony we see exercise room available.
That means they encourage exercise and gave much important to their body health. But in our country we dont do exercise in our everyday life and we think that it is burden in our life. So only all diseases come easily in our body.
Next one is healthy food we avoid in our life. Poor eat what they got in their life. But low price good food like corn, grain items they easily prepared in their everyday life and improve their health condition.
If we feel healthy we do our everyday work properly and feely easy in our body. At the same time wr dont keep our mind healthy.
That means we think possitive and good thinking in our mind in our everyday life. Surely it gave possitive energy and good vibration in our home and our life is happily move.Angry, ambition, jealous and sad in our life means we tottaly fail in our body condition.
Be happy and smiling face is good to our mind and our good healh. Avoid tension and calmly solve our problem what we face in our everyday life.
It is important to improve our heath indirectly also. Pray God is good to our healthy and peaceful life. Remember life is not in our hand. God only operate our. We do like his wish only.
In early period ancestor says that " health is wealth' life is short make is sweet '.
So we are not a machine. Do you understand we have mind and have knowledge of power God gave to us. So you keep in your mind that life is depends on ohr body health only.
So be healthy and be happy in your life.
