Inside the White Tower the torture chamber, the wretched were tormented and ultimately left to die or deaths.
The guards who patrol the Tower at night claimed to have heard agonizing screams,echoing through the doors of the White Tower. They say it could only be a witch, well who knows maybe it is. Accused of witchcraft, centuries ago a woman was brought to this hellhole in order to get her to confess to her crimes, her body was almost torn apart on the rack. After her death, the room where an awaited execution has been described has an unpleasant and menacing atmosphere. Some witnesses have even described a peculiar perfume and feeling of suffocation. Anne Boleyn has also been spotted at the window, forever staring at something, maybe someone!
