Day in day out.

I can not go out.

I live in my bed.

I noticed that my hands are so red.

I have to get some hand cream, 

I'll call my pharmacy to deliver.

I work on the couch.

I have to be honest I have noticed

I have been acting like a grouch.

I glance outside,

I remember just last week when I was

just outside.

 I hardly get any air
