A few words about the quality of chillies with some important examples through the beautiful story.

It is impossible to eat ten to twelve chillies at a time. As soon as we eat chilli, our tongue burns. Due to the extreme hotness of Chili, we scream a lot or become unconscious. But the chilli thing is so much needed now that it is needed in any cooking. In addition, chili is rich in Vitamin C, Protein, Fiber, Sodium, Fat and a small amount of Cholesterol. Chili alone is said to be a healthy food. Chili is a healthy diet that cures various diseases. But we bow our heads to the intensity of the pepper, somehow controlling ourselves and say, 'Chill with chili'!

After discussing chili, I remember a special incident, which I had collected from a book a long time ago. Swami Vivekananda, the great Indian man, was very fond of eating chili. He often traveled abroad in search of chili. He spoke about chili in many speeches during his visit to America. On foreign trips, Swamiji often cooked and ate salty chili soup with his companions. However, Swamiji was not addicted to powdered chili. But he did not hesitate to eat seven or eight chillies at a time. He also sat down with many monks and delivered the slogans to them and talked about different curries made with salted chillies. So Swamiji, a devotee of chili, probably kept himself well by eating chillies. However, it is true that even in the age of Swamiji, foreign doctors thought that it was safe to eat chili, because chili contains a lot of vitamin C, which helps us to prevent various diseases.

Chili is being cultivated in India at the time of Swamiji but a herbalist named  Nicholas Culpeper is warning his people, "Be very careful, chili can be very dangerous for life." There were also many other jokes about chili in India, such as - eating chili will make the stomach worse, ulcers, etc. will cause serious diseases. But the discovery in America about the many qualities of chilli. But according to American doctors, chili is an infallible medicine for cold and cough. If the tongue does not taste, chewing a whole green chili with difficulty and drinking some water is bound to return the taste to the tongue. The only problem is with the salty hotness of it.

Once upon a time, an Indian scientist (name unknown), while studying in the British Isles, started researching the salt of chili or the hotness of it. The criterion for measuring the salinity of chili is 'Scoville', which was discovered by Dr. Scoville in 1912. According to this measure, the salt content of the chili is 0 to 3 lakh scoville. The most popular chili name is 'Bell', whose scoville is 0, followed by Hungarian Yellow: 4000, Tabasco: 30000-50000, Cayenne 50000–100000 Indian birdeye 100000–125 000 ,Mexican Tabis: 1000000, Indian Ladybird: 100,000, Japanese Kumataka: 150,000, and above all there is Sabina Habanero: 2000,000-3,000,000; among these discoveries, the masters wrote various books and gave advice and education to the people of this country. An Indian scientist once proved that the scoville of a chili in north-east India is over four lakhs. Three million scoville’s Habanero chillies are defeated by those chillies.

In short, as soon as I thought of chili, I sat down with it and thought about eating. I may eat a chili in the name of chewing a bunch of chillies, but not more. Moreover, even if I can't show magic by eating salty chillies, I may be able to joke by eating unsalted chillies!
