Colours play an important part that they play in our lives. They are very strong and have been used in a lot of symbolism for example our national flags, which is one of the recognizable symbols of a nation, is literally made in one to two, or even more colours. Colours also are side in designing some of our memorable activities like birthday parties, weddings, funerals, baby showers, and many others. We cannot deny the fact that colours have a significant influence on our daily life because colour can relieve stress or bring stress, it can make a situation seem warm and inviting or cold and unfriendly. Due to life experiences, we have also associated some colours with either positive or negative situations
Some of the common meanings of colours include.
1. Blue.
This is colour that's a mixture of the colour intermediate between green and violet which is similar to the clear unclouded sky.
2. Yellow.
It's colour of the intermediate between green and orange and resembles the colour of an egg yolk
3. Red
It is the colour next to orange in the colour spectrum and usually resembling the colour of blood, cherries, tomatoes, and or rubies.
4. Green.
This is the colour that's between yellow and blue in the color spectrum and is similar to the color of fresh grass.
5. Black:
This resembles the a chro matic colour of maximum darkness and hence having little or no chromatcity owing to absorbtion of almost all incident light.
