Lovely morning to you all.
I am pretty sure it's not morning everywhere in the world right now.
Like it could be afternoon, evening or even night. Well it's 3:38 am over here and I should still be having my sleep but I can't.
For some reason unknown to me I can't find sleep 😂.
If you are awake too drop a comment so maybe we have an early morning or late night conversation as the case may be 😉
I have Insomnia and It really hard for me to sleep. I developed this disease due to much work at night most of my work are graveyard shift. For me to sleep I need to imagine lits of things to have a natutu sleep without using any medicine and I don't want those meds.
Being awake at night is no good as much as possible avoid them. We can even develop a worst disease due to lack of sleep.
