Working people who lay and sold their goods on the sidewalks in the early hours of every morning are satisfied to have their invested money returned. Selling clothes, veggies, fruits and other stuff you find when you wake up came from people who do their job while most of us are zzzzzzping.

Hundreds of jobs are done when the sun sets, ask one of them when do they start work and the most probable answer would be at night, or night time or night shift. My aunt was a mid wife at a local hospital and I recall times she would bring us with her to spend the night there at the hospital in one of the air conditioned rooms.

You get paid. You get your benefits. No negative remarks.

Then BPO's came.

The Business Process Outsourcing, a call center company that does business in the west where time zones are half a day different.

Air-con rooms, comfy chairs, clean toilets and free snacks are one of the office perks recieves if one works in a call center. Bonuses, increases, insurance, free dental, company tours and other stuff that some jobs don't offer. Even though they get more, they complain about working at nights or to their term "graveyard shifts".

Jobs with high salaries works at nights too. Security people makes less but they don't complain. So what is it that they complain about? Are they that well cared for some how they feel extra valued their heads started to grow?

When things settled down in my part of the garden I'll try to be one if them and find out what the fuzz is about the "graveyard shift".

No cross fingers here.
