Here I am one more day sharing with you some of the recipes that I love to make the most. In this case I bring you a: Seafood fidegua I hope it inspires you to make it and enjoy this dish as a family. Ingredients: 1 liter and ½ of fish broth 500 grams of noodle nr 2 300 grams of mussels 300 grams of shrimp 400 grams of squid 200 grams of prawns 200 grams of snails 2 tomatoes 1 onion 1 paprika 1 garlic joint or leek 3 large garlic cloves 2 cloves of garlic Salt and pepper Olive oil 3 tablespoons of Spanish paprika 2 tablespoons of color You will need a paella pan or a large frying pan to make this dish First step Heat 1 and a half liters of fish stock in a pot Add a drizzle of olive oil to a skillet and lightly toast the noodles for a couple of minutes. Reserve them Chop the tomato, onion, paprika, leek and garlic into small squares. On a paella pan, heat 1 splash of olive oil and sauté everything for about 10 minutes. Add the shrimp and squid on wheels, fry for a few minutes together with the tomato sauce. Spice with salt and pepper. Place the noodles, and mix everything well, at this point add two thirds of the fish broth to the mixture until it is covered and wait for the broth to absorb about 10 minutes. Now place the mussels on the fideuá and add the remaining broth. Arrange the prawns in a decorative way Wait for the liquid to reduce, you can wait until all the broth is absorbed, or finish it in the oven. Placing the paella pan in the preheated oven for 5 minutes at 180 degrees so that it browns slightly on top and the broth is completely absorbed, remove and cover with a kitchen cloth for a few minutes. Ready brothers we will have a plate worthy of a photograph
