Mouth Odour can be a natural turn off to people you meet on a daily basis.Here are a list of natural ways in taking care of this annoying problem.
1. Apple cider vinegar: gaggle your mouth with a spoonful of apple cider vinegar and spit it out this will surely ensure fresh breath through out the day.
2. Cloaves: chew on two cloaves in the morning to keep a fresh breath throughout the day.
3. Sun flower seeds: chew on a spoonful of sunflower seed and be rest assured of no form of mouth Odour whatsoever for a complete day.
4. Ginger: admist it's numerous importance Ginger juice mixed with warm water can aswell be taken first thing in the morning to prevent mouth Odour.
