The human beings with the passage of time had gone through a plethora of changes for example in the past people give more priority to be physically involved in sports activities and they prefer more to be physical because they were not involved in digital technologies and were social and that was the best life.
Firstly, In this era of modernization people are getting engaged in mental activities more which has indirectly a bad influence on their health while those people who are engaged in physical activities are healthy regarding their health. Physical Activity like sports or exercise not just improves an individual's health but later they learn patience and can tackle any challenges throughout their lives. Physical activity improves your bone as well as improves your immune system.
Secondly, Sports like football or basketball helps children to gain height more efficiently. Even the doctors recommend doing physical exercises for the senior citizens especially those who have back or neck problems. A wise man once said healthy life leads you to a wealthy life.
Personally, I've met a Sportsperson who is in the mid-60s' but because of his activeness due to physical activities throughout his life, he looks like a young guy with no wrinkles and physically fit with no disease. Unfortunately, people nowadays are moving towards digital more rather than physical activities. And Sports activities like swimming, jogging, and exercising are getting extinct with the passage of time. And that's seriously not a good sign. So we should always be physically strong to tackle any situation throughout our lives
The importance of physical exercise to our body cannot be overestimated. The body functions well if properly exercised.
