Once that special night came, God Almighty sent Hazrat Jibreel (peace be upon him) to him, saying, O Hazrat Jibreel (peace be upon him)! Today is the night of mercy, the night of blessing, the night of forgiveness. You go to the ground and see who my servants are. Hazrat Jibril (peace be upon him) traveled all over the earth and seeing the condition of his servants, Allah the Almighty informed him, Bare Ilahi! Alas for your servants! All the servants are asleep. Only one Hindu deity is sitting in front of an idol in a temple and chanting Chhanam Chhanam i.e. idol. He is wearing a paita around the neck of a Hindu deity, wearing a dhoti and a tiki on his head. God bless you! If you allow me, I will throw that Hindu Tagore upside down with the temple and idols and throw him in hell. He said, O Hazrat Jibril (peace be upon him)! Wait. Gabriel (peace be upon him) waited.
The next year, when the night of mercy, the night of blessing, the night of forgiveness came again, the great God again called Hazrat Jibril (peace be upon him) and said, O Hazrat Jibril (peace be upon him)! Let's go to the ground again and see who the slaves are in what condition? Hazrat Jibril (peace be upon him) on receiving his instructions from the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him), he traveled all over the earth and informed the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him). Alas for your servants! This time too all the servants are asleep. However, a servant has been found, O God! In one of the places of worship, Mubarak is chanting your name as 'Chhamad' (Baniyaz) and 'Chhamad' (Baniyaz). He said, O Hazrat Jibril (peace be upon him)! Do you recognize that man? Hazrat Jibril Alaihis Salam he said, Bar Elahi! It is not possible for me to know all of your millions of servants. Then God Almighty said, do you remember that Hindu Tagore!
Which you wanted to overthrow with temples and statues. Hazrat Jibril Alaihis Salam he said, Bar Elahi! I remember that. He said, "This servant is that servant." Hazrat Jibril Alaihis Salam he said, Bar Elahi! How did that man come here? He said, "On that night of mercy, on the night of blessing, on the night of forgiveness, the word of the Hindu deity slipped and he suddenly said 'chhamad' instead of chhanam. You are ninety years old. The back is bent. And how long will you call it Chhanam Chhanam (Idol Idol)?
Your idol has not responded to your call even once. So repent and come back. Then the servant repents, breaks the idol and breaks it. He comes out of the temple, breaks his neck, cuts off his head, changes his dhoti, wears a lungi, korta, hat and turban and enters the temple. Subhanallah!
So, whenever someone laughs and says, "I don't pray all year, I don't fast, now what will happen if I pray one day to pay my respects?" He should say, it is in the hadith, "Do not underestimate any good deed or despise any good deed." Therefore, it would be haraam and kufr to deprive people of worship and discourage them from worshiping the holy corpse by saying such things, and if Allah Almighty accepts it, then this one night will be enough for a person to make a good decision in his whole life. Subhanallah!!
