What am about to say now might totally come as a shock to you but trust me these Tips are the best to know and apply if you are going through an heartbreaking relationship. So let's get straight to it guys, am so excited sharing this with you all.

Heartbreak I must say is not necessarily prepared for, so its the shock of hearing those devastating words out of the blues , like ' GET OUT, GO AWAY, I NEVER LOVED LOVE YOU, YOU WERE A WASTE OF MY TIME and so many more heartbreaking words or messages that cause us much pain. So here's a quick reality check , your heart can't be broken, the heart as an organ is fibromuscular , so that's one key to know your heart wasn't really broken ,it aches, true.

Diving into the tips on how to deal with heartbreak, would love to make everyone reading this that you just have to change your mindset towards the term heartbreak .

  1. Be the heartbreaker: it's so contradicting right, most heart breaks are so painful because you feel the other party had used and dumped you, which is totally a lie, that makes you shrink in your bed and cry your eyes out, so you totally got to change that mentality and always see your self as the heartbreaker even if you are not, as the person not losing, that's a total level of confidence.

  2. Delete stuffs that reminds you of that person or thing: ok people might yell you are a coward and immature but then you know you are totally not. For example, you cannot be on your weight loss journey and still take a whole lot of soda and junks the doctor told you not to. Same with stuff that reminds you of the past, you should actually label those as TOXIC

  3. Change your playlist: so I believe when you were not heartbroken you had so many songs that made you feel like they were the right people and all of a sudden you are no longer with them and you are questioning yourself and hating the singer for lying, am sorry babe the written didn't lie , you just have to change your playlist and listen to songs that motivates you to move on from any heartbreak.

  4. GET FIT: so many get undersize or over size during heartbreak, quit !!!!!! Stop harming yourself Babes. Get fit, start up a healthy life plan, love yourself so much and get that shape, abs what ever is it.

  5. Channel your energy to bettering you: this explains itself, you got to channel all your energy into you, you in academics, you in business, you in Spirituality , reach out to the other realm and better yourself. You don't want to look like what they left behind? Do you
