Poverty Poverty entails more than the lack of income and productive resources to ensure sustainable livelihood. It's manifestation include hunger and malnutrition, limited access to education and other basic services, social discrimination and exclusion as well as the lack of participation in decision making. Various social groups bear disproportionate burden of poverty Poverty ERADICATION must be mainstreamed into the national policies and actions in accordance with the internationally agreed development goals forming part of the broad United Nations Development Agenda forged at UN conference and summits in the economic, social and related fields . Poverty should be taken to actions and enlighten the people on ways they can be able to earn a living.
