At young age of 6 years old the young boy started going to school as a grade 1 student. The boy woke up late in the morning and his mother yell at him "you're so lazy! get up and eat!". The boy dont want to go to school because he is a transferee from other municipality that makes him afraid of the new environment. The dialect is different from his hometown that makes so hard for him to understand word by word. Arriving at the school late the young boy starts to walk going to his classroom with his feet shaking. The teacher told him to find his own sit but the boy look around to find an empty sit but theres nothing left empty. The young boy remains standing thinking that no one will accept him to be his seatmate. The teacher ask him to sit in the front then the boy followed, sitting beside a girl. His seatmate ask him "where do you live?" but the boy look away and didn't even answer anything, He remains silent until the next day. The Teacher introduce herself and followed by the students. When the young boy's turn He did not introduce himself or even saying anything the Teacher thinks He is shy. Yes, He is a shy type person but the most reason is that the young boy afraid of the whole class reactions if they hear his dialect. The teacher tells him to sit down and just pass a paper with his name and other information.
On his second day during classes the teacher is writing on the board and the boy pick up his notebook and starts to write. While writing the boy feel something touches on his back then He turns around but the two of his classmate in the back acting like they are not the one who touch the boy's back. Then it continues and the boy hear the laughter of His two classmate, the boy wants to go home but don't know what to do also He is afraid to tell to his teacher that His classmate is disturbing Him. After the morning class the boy arrive at home with mad face and annoyed telling His mother that He dont want to go back into school. But his Parent answered "You must go to school just bear with it and soon you can manage to get along with them." and the tears falls down. The same thing happens everyday and it is getting worse each day but the boy bears it. When the boy started to talk using his dialect from his hometown (Narrator: Oh now he remembers how to talk. HAHAHA!) some of his classmate laugh at him and some says "what are you saying you're weird" then the whole class laughs. The young boy look down and walk away thinking that there is no hope to be with his classmate even if he talks cant get along with them. But leaving him no choice but to get along or else He will be quiet until the semester ends (Narrator: Good luck young boy. HAHAHA). The boy feel bad about it and continues to lose interest in studying and it affects His grades so much. Almost all of his quizzes and activities in each subject got an almost the lowest score in the class. Also His recitation grades are zero because He never speaks to answer the question of his teachers in every subject. While watching tv the boy heard the guy on tv says that "Face the problem and solve it".
After 1 week of bullying the boy start learning the tagalog language and trying to talk to his seatmate using it even though almost the whole class bullied him about his dialect last week. When He start to get along with his seatmate the boy also try to speak it in the class and He use Tagalog everyday. He continue to talk to his other classmate day by day one by one until some of them become his friends. Then his confidence starts to bloom He also starts to recite and answer the question of his teacher without fear and hesitation He also voluntarily answering some mathematical problems on the board. Some of his friends cheer him up that He can do it then after solving the teacher congrats him and got an around of applause from the whole class. The young boy smile and starts to remember all of his struggles, hard work, and patience with a single drop of tears on his eye.
There is no problem that can be solve if you just leave it or avoid it. We solved problems because we face it, figure out the solutions, applying it, and then you solve it.
