It was May of 2018, two years after I got married, when I learned that we're having a baby. This was indeed the happiest day of my life. I guess this feeling is true to all the first time mom out there. Certainly, we are all excited to see our little one grow inside my tummy. Days, weeks and months have passed. We're so ready to have a glimpse of our precious child. It was a day before New Year's eve when he arrived. It's a day worth rejoicing for God has given us the opportunity to become parents and build a family of my own. The pain in a six-hour labor instantly vanished and filled with joy the moment I saw my little one.
Here comes the sleepless nights, tiptoeing so I wouldn't wake him up, checking if he is breathing while he sleeps, late night lullabies, and early morning sunshine kisses. Honestly, it was hard for a first time mom like me but it is all part of motherhood. Seeing my child grow healthy is more than enough to strive harder in taking good care of him. Yes, physically it was tiring especially when your child becomes a toddler. It is at this stage when you start to give more attention to him because he starts to explore things. He starts to run, climb and become curious of everything other does. It is also the stage when he starts learning things.
My baby then is now a toddler. Two years of being a mom is really an amazing experience and it doesn't stop there. It continues until he become a grown up man and have a family of his own. It is also important to include God in our journey of being a mother because He is the only reason why we exist and He is the only source of our strength to continue our battle. At the age of 36, I became a mom and all glory to God for this life-changing experience He has given me. And for that, I want to leave scripture from the bible to keep us moving forward and keep our faith in Him.
(Philippians 4:13) "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me." With God, nothing is impossible.
Of course..Nothing is impossible with prayers..Sbscrb back😍😘
