What's life to you? Her face lets a faint sudden pinch just as she nudged me with her elbow. "What's life to you? she bellows, trying to grasp my every gesture. We've been friends for quite a while but never for once has she been this cheerful and cringy. At first, I wanted to tell her that life to me means persuing a dream and achieving it then I remembered the faithful words of an old friend, "everything lives; everything dies, everything leans the light". Suddenly, my head aches. It feels irritating in my throat making me want to puke. They say life is what we make it but sometimes I wonder whether or not those who dies mysteriously, maybe from a ghastly accident or unjust homicide actually made that their fate. There're lots of questions I want to ask, series of answers I seek beyond reality yet as the morning comes in its young and tender breeze while the epiphanies of life clutches us with hunger and pains. That which I seek unfolds within my introspection, pellucid yet ambiguous for my understanding although I strive to unscrabble the mysteries behind the oxygen we breathe and the carbon dioxide we share to the trees and green world at large. Then again, this question, her question hits me like a lawn tennis ball on a bat. Leaving me speechless for a minute or more to put my words together. Not in words, punctuations or brackets but in a simple and honest mandate which is to use what I have at where I am to touch s soul this minute saying thus asking, "What's life to you? .... Is it the money and flashy cars, fame and freedom to do whatever you and I wants or the simple grip unto honor and not an illusion they call freedom? So again I ask just like she did me, "What's life to you?"

I used to worry about tomorrow and the bridges of yesterday. I never thought of worry and loneliness until I realized I've become a forbidden soul in the timeline of graces. I'm glad for the man I've become yet will live to always remember that life isn't about who I've become but who I've always been because nothing makes the difference except time and chances, causes and effects with some pinches of lessons soaked in the moments of now. Thank you, know thou and grow original.
Her father's boy Meet Aurora; just clocked twenty one, body's as soft as cotton wool, blonde and a sex addict. There goes Marcelo, he's an attacking midfielder for Newcastle United and a full-time cheat but what do you expect when he's on top of the world at just twenty three. She's his fan, his coach's daughter who suddenly got interested in her dad's business since the first day Marcelo visited their place for a private meeting with his coach, her dad. "Are you the Marcelo?" he tilts his face letting a baffled chuckle then whispers, "I see you know me" Aurora walks him into the waiting room then whines, "My dad did mention some Marcelo would come around because we barely have guests here". That day she had spent the entire time he sat with her dad in the waiting room, eavesdropping. "My God! he's so cute" she's behind the door wearing a crop top with a bump short and it isn't surprising that mare gazing at him makes her nipples swell. She spent the rest of the day indirectly asking her father questions about Marcelo, how good he's with the ball and her dad wasn't helping at all because every single detail he groaned about Marcelo made Aurora dive into a reverie where she and Marcelo are making out causing her to feel his hands all over her. When she had obliged to follow her dad to a weekends match somewhere around the stomach of Newcastle city, he knew it had something to deal with Marcelo and he loved it because Marcelo is his favorite and wouldn't mind to have him as his son-in-law. He cocks his head to face Aurora during their drive to the stadium with a half smile then bellows, "Do you really like him or.." he was going to say 'or you just want to explore his body as you do with the other guys' when Aurora cuts in, "Dad, please can we not talk about that and focus on coordinating your team to win this match because I hate to be spectating on the loosing side" They both burst into immense laughter including the driver, Paul. When they got to the stadium, the entire arena is filled with spectators as they rant, yells and sing victory songs like they're two goals ahead. "So this is what I've been missing" her thoughts lingers, it's surprising that she had never for once visited the stadium ever since she graduated high school. "It's live here at Sports Direct Arena" The commentary went on by the commentators when Aurora fixates on a lady who's wearing a white T-shirt tagged in latin "Te Amo, Mercelo" meaning in English, "I love you, Mercelo". She looks Asian and for a minute, Aurora feels she's in for competition. "Barely smiles" she moans as she fixates her eyes on Marcelo. Somehow uncertainly, he appears to be the man in her fantasies and it would give her great pleasure to be the lady who owns him because it's obvious she isn't the only gorgeous beauty after this toxic magician. Instantly, her will changes. Now she doesn't just want to have him but to keep him as well. Everything feels beautiful about him; she thinks he's toxic because she hates to catch feelings for men yet the thoughts of swaying away her lusts now breeds a seed of affection, something strong and if you ask her, she would say this or whatever it is won't last. She reminisced those childhood memories when she and her late mom would sit behind the VIP section and laugh at her dad when he shows fury and frustrating gestures whenever his team is loosing but after the death of her mother, things changed including her interests for football. "Come with me" her dad grasps her hand towards the VIP seats where the players for substitution are sitted, including the technical team. Aurora immediately spots Marcelo on the pitch. His confidence hovers round him like a fog. His alluring gestures of fitness, charming physique and hairdo which he weaved like Alicia Keys. "That's the man we came to watch" her dad whispers, pointing at Marcelo. "With him on the pitch, I'm.." he was going to say 'Am certain to see some goals' when his assistant taps him on the shoulder then points at some scribbled formation with red and black ink on a board which looks like a note book. The match proved perseverance and professionalism from the both sides but at exactly seventeen minutes into the game, Marcelo curved a through pass to his teammate wearing number eleven on his shirt. The number eleven then took a volley which landed on the woodwork although the ball rolled to their opponent's defender who quickly kicked the ball outside their penalty box but was headed by a midfielder towards Marcelo who displayed some skills from the midfield. Marcelo passes the ball to his teammate then runs ahead while his teammate made a through pass making the entire spectators scream in awe and just as her dad had mentioned, Marcelo places the ball in the right corner of the goal post and there, it's a goal. Aurora didn't know when she joined the crowd to sing Mercelo's name with the harping of the harper's harp. The moment was becoming her favorite of all times and she loved the fact that he tilted his face to her then made some gestures with his fingers after his second goal during the second half. The match ended with three goals to nothing, her dad is super happy and anyone can tell from the way he hugs and kisses his boys after the final whistle. Aurora didn't mind that she spent almost an hour waiting for him who was having a meeting with his boys in the dressing room. She felt heavy on her right leg when her dad walked out of the locker room with Marcelo towards her direction. Aurora stylishly brushes her hair with both hands when her dad brags "I told you he's magic" he taps Mercelo on his back then continues, "He'll drive you home because am going back to the office". Aurora acts like she isn't cool with the idea and opts to wait for her dad to finish whatever he would be doing when he announced he wouldn't be returning home and might be gone for a week. "It's huge" he grins as he hugs his daughter then turns to Marcelo blabbing, "My Boy, take care of my goddess". Paul stayed back while Aurora hopped into Marcello's yellow convertible. "You play smart though without a smile" Marcelo giggles yet his eyes are fixed on his tablet. "Everyone thinks am restrained yet I wear the best smile" Aurora faces him with both knees then smirks, "My dad really likes you" she pause to scrutinize his reaction then continues, "You must be special to him". Marcelo can see it in her eyes. Lust, loneliness and a little spark of pride for safety. He can see how much she places more to value over her worth and it attracts him that she's a blonde. "We're all special to him including you" Aurora brushes her hair with both hands then squeaks, "No I mean.." she hasn't finished her sentence when Marcelo suddenly pulled over by a grocery store. "I'll be right back" he assures then plods inside the store with both hands tucked inside his pocket. He bought some Junk, soft drinks and fruits which they ate at home. "I think I'll have to leave" Marcelo whines as he struggles to wear his jacket. Aurora didn't find it hard to make the first move so she sluggishly strolls towards him, "Thanks for being a gentleman". She unzipped his trousers then stylishly knelt before him. Marcelo can feel his penis kicking under his trousers and didn't know when he moaned, "Am sorry, Coach". Aurora giggles seductively like a damsel under the spell of aphrodisiac. "Don't worry about my dad" she advise as she plunges his penis into her mouth. She didn't bother to take off her clothes while Marcelo tries to move but feels like he's being held by an invincible hand. He can feel himself growing big and hard inside her mouth and believe me, though he felt wrong about having his coach's daughter at the old man's house yet couldn't ask her to stop because for some reasons, he knew he had thought about fucking her since the first day they met here. He stands above her watching her eat his penis while he caresses her blonde hair with a grip. Her fake eyeslashes flip flaps to enhance her bone straight hair. For now, the only sound in the room is her slurping and silver bracelet dangling against each other. "Oh God!" Marcelo moans, "This one's for the goals you scored" Aurora stutters with his penis on her throat. Her tongue is soft and long enough to wrap his penis so well. She quickly stopped when it felt like he was about to cum then took off his jacket, shirt and trousers. She paused then stared deep into his eyes and whispered, "Have no mercy on me". She's left with just her lingerie then lies on the sofa opening her legs wide. Marcelo quickly follows suit with a squat then shifts her pant to expose her already wet vagina. He barely opts for cunnilingus but right now, all he thinks about is not having a fast release but an agenda of giving her the greatest pleasure she had ever felt as a woman. He slurps her clitoris so passionately letting her moan aloud then sucks his middle and index finger into her warm and tight pussy while she caresses her breasts trying to suck her nipple. "Please come inside me" she moans, "Fuck me, Mars" she begs giving him a pet name already. It begins to rain instantly while thunder blares from a distance yet Marcelo kept on sucking and fingering her vagina till she cums so hard on his face. "Fuck me, please" she pleads as she tries to grasp his hard penis. "Maybe some other time" Marcelo growls, "We've got a friendly match tomorrow morning and I wouldn't want to flop" he snarls as he stood to properly dress, kisses her on the forehead then slams the door behind him. No man has ever declined to fuck her before and it surprises her. Aurora remains on the sofa still baffled as she tries to calm her nerves which appears to be on cloud 9 by his professionalism in cunnilingus. "He's the best" she croons to herself, "I swear there'll be a next time" Aurora asserts as she finds her feet to the shower. She couldn't sleep that night because the whole incident had baffled her although she still feels his touch all over her body while at Marcello's apartment, he too can't find some sleep as he stayed awake at his bar consuming black bullets while reminiscing all that had happened including his goals during the match. His penis barely slept making him regret why he hadn't obliged to fuck her mercilessly yet he knew what he had done, he wanted her to crave over him so giving her all of him wasn't the best option. He knew Aurora would spend the entire night brooding over him, his touch and it sweetened him as he gabs, "Welcome to my world, Aurora" knowing there'll be a next time and when that time comes, he's definitely going to place her in an airplane mode.
My love story "I'd rather remain single than be with you" Bertha wails at me. Her eyes are expressionless though it reveals her guilt. She's lying and I can tell by the way she's rolling her eyes; one is cloudy and white while the other, dark and questionable yet strong, wise and deep; full of anger, pride and unwilling to reveal its true emotion. All of these, I can feel like a wind upon my skin. Real, passionate and worthy of my pride and attention yet something isn't right and it's sad because I want this more than ever. More than I've ever craved for something, not even those crack am addicted to. These days have been the best days of my life. I've found love though am living without it yet it feels like am born again because I still can't believe that I spent the whole weekend without my crack. it's like magic and am happy that it actually happened because at some point in my life, I thought all hopes were lost but for now, let's go back to the beginning. My name's Israel. I too, have learnt how to walk and fall, stand and try again. I've had my first love and those moments remain a distance memory. I've known doubt, fear and honor through my quest for freedom and in this road, I tasted sadness when my heart was broken, had moments when the hand of God seems to rest on my shoulders while I wept sorrows then tears of joy. Mostly those moments of darkness when I thought for a moment that it was finished yet walked out like oxygen in the midst of carbon IV oxide. There are and will always be times when I want to dance, sing and hug everybody I meet because I've felt empty in the mystery of the universe where I aided others with little or no strength to carry myself. Many times I've relented to give arms because of my own insecurities; I've felt like a failure then bounced back by the spark of my potentials behind closed doors of soulless crimes. I love reading, writing and lots of sex in the middle but trust me, am barely good at one night stands. If you ask my ex, she'd say am way too nice and it sucks. I can't really recall how I became this monster but all I can say is; am a crack addict and it's like am in the middle of loosing my balance because the only thing that can keep me away from crack is a lover so more crack means no lover and no lover means more crack. I understand when you judge me but before a second thought let's start where it all happened. I used to love a girl, Vivian. She's amazing, fun and most importantly-great on bed. We met some years ago during high school where I happened to be that famous sanitary prefect who once embarrassed her. Hey! me too, I still don't understand how I embarrassed her but those were her exact words. When we met, we had both graduated from high school and was at the brink of our lives where we either choose to further our education or learn a skill but I prefer to call it craft. She was wearing a black gown with a Versace sandal and I remember whispering a compliment which enhanced the lights in her eyes, same lights that hunted me that night. Believe me, there was nothing special about that day except that I met a girl who claimed to know me from high school then we shopped and no, we didn't exchange numbers because I was too high to pay attention which she noticed that I was high with something before we parted ways. No time to soak up the moments because it just happened. We met at a mall and I can't remember what took me there neither could she. I didn't recognize her maybe because I never had eyes on her way back in school yet I can remember how she rushed me, hugged me then spent almost two minutes trying to convince me that I knew her until we ended up shopping together but wait a minute, I remember why I was at that mall and it had something to deal with crack and water. Later that night, I abused my crack because I couldn't find some sleep. Somehow shamefully, her voice kept giggling in my thoughts making me wish I had behaved differently and maybe probably asked for her number so the next day, I spent the entire morning and noon writing and reading in order to get her voice off my mind until I decided to visit the mall again that evening. I know it sounds awkward but trust me, immediately I entered the mall; I saw her with a guy, a cute tall young man with broad shoulders and I remember jealousy clouding my thoughts and feelings. That day was horrible because I spent almost three hours waiting for the guy to leave her alone until I decided to man up and approach her and according to her, she said that was where she started nurturing feelings for me. Let's talk more about this scene. I remember sitting on the same chair she sat immediately she stood to go get some popcorn. I think they were waiting for a particular movie in the cinema before she went for the popcorn. "Hi!" I waved to the young man as I sat. "Someone's there already" he cautioned though trying to be nice. I ignored his statement instead whispered almost to his ears "You're the luckiest man around here" I could send the tension on tapping fingers, he's baffled for a moment before sensing that I was referring to Bertha because I nodded my head towards her. He let out a baffled chuckle again then told me that she's his cousin and had forced him to come here for a movie premier. Believe me, hearing that she's his cousin relieved me of great weight almost as heavy as a bag of cement. We had just exchanged names and pleasantries when she stylishly strolled back to the table. "You again" she squeaked, sounding like I was stalking her before occupying the next seat. I don't know maybe the young man got bored of watching Bertha so interested in a conversation with me then called a lady who appeared an hour later wearing a silk millet gown. He introduced her as his girlfriend giving me the chance to make Bertha mine and trust me, I and Bertha fixed a date the next day and the day after the next day and so on until we realized that we had started dating even without our consent. Last night, we had a fight so I angrily stepped out then joined the boys at the boulevard to breath some smoke. Could bet she would be at the door waiting as usual and this time, had premeditated what I would do to her. Hug her tightly while my hands grasp her tooshies, was sure she would giggle when I kiss her neck. Many thoughts and expectations clouded my state of mind until I met the house empty, I remember tilting my head to the wall clock with regret for my actions. At first, I dialled her number only for her to busy my call. I won't lie, I would've apologized if she had answered my call but suddenly, I felt rage and anger overwhelming me then my ego resuscitated. The next thing I noticed was that I had spent the night on the couch hoping to hear her foot steps. Bertha has never behaved like that before, instead I've been the one who always left and sometimes didn't come home for a day or two and now I've become a victim of my own actions and it really hurts. I managed to freshen up upstairs although I could feel my hangover from last night's hangout. I dialled her number again and almost cried to hear that her lie is switched off. "Where could she be" I pondered trying to figure out where to go look for her. I was still feeling jaded and dizzy, the codeine I drank last night was now weeping me yet I couldn't stay back so I hit the road with my black Toyota Tundra straight to her parents house because that was the only place I thought about and she barely keep friends. During my drive, I kept trying her number. can't remember the last time I was this frustrated and for a moment, I kept smiling realizing how much I couldn't live without her. Before reaching her parents place, I had pulled over at a gold shop and gotten her an engagement ring worth three and half thousand dollars. This is it, I yelled inside my car premeditating her reaction when I propose but again, I was disappointed to find their house empty except their gate man who told me her parents weren't in the country for almost three months now. Now the question is, where else could she be? I drove round town visiting every place we had visited together and anyone could sense my restlessness probably from the way I stormed in and out staring into everyone's eyes. It's past 2pm and I knew I needed to freshen up so I headed back home only to find her at the gate. She had already packed her luggages and was about to book an Uber. "Babe! I yearned trying to look sorry as possible. "You don't have to babe me" she squeaked cocking her face to the opposite direction. Although I barely apologizes to her but today's different. I'm about to lose the love of my life and pride wouldn't stop me from saving the situation so I apologized and knelt though I hated myself for acting that childish. Her tightened guts loosened while her face tried to hold back the smiles that made her giggled. Yet she stood still like a mannequin, voiceless and determined. I could feel my heartbeat double then triples while blood surged through my veins like the effect of an adrenaline's injection. "Israel" she moaned and the way she moaned my name touched my spinal cord because at that moment I felt paralyzed with no feels of my body. "I'd rather remain single than be with you" I didn't want to believe that those words came through her mouth yet she groaned it again with conviction. I didn't know what to say neither did she explain what was actually the problem. She left me without a soul and for the first time in my life, it felt like I was condemned to a death sentence. We haven't spoke since she left and I still don't have a clue about her whereabout but one thing is for sure, if she was the one for me; fate will bring us back together and I believe it will. For now, am just focusing on my career while learning to become a better man. I don't know who will be the lucky girl to mother my child yet I've decided to quit dating and groom my body and soul for her and hers only. Isn't life beautiful enough to attach our happiness on expectations over those we love when we can actually love life enough to appreciate anything and everything that happens because without disappointments, blessings will have less value.
What's at stake in FA cup finals tonight. Good day, my honorable readers. Tonight's match is definitely something to talk about mostly when two England rivals, Liverpool and Chelsea is involved. The FA Cup finals will be settled this evening with Chelsea and Liverpool battling it out, and the victors will net a multi-million pound reward. Chelsea and Liverpool will fight it out for the FA Cup at Wembley this evening and there's cash available for anyone as well as flatware. Jurgen Klopp will be hoping to make one more stride towards a memorable fourfold and the Blues will be hoping to scupper his possibilities. Triumph for Thomas Tuchel will see him win his fourth prize as Chelsea's head coach and put the loss to Leicester last season to sleep. He has previously gotten the Champions League, UEFA Super Cup and FIFA Club World Cup and he will expect to continue to tick them off tonight. With Liverpool asserting the gloating privileges at Wembley in the Carabao Cup after a sensational punishment shootout. While he will obviously be expecting an alternate result, Tuchel predicts the match to go a comparative way as past gatherings. "Whatever would shock me. It began with last season's success at Anfield," Tuchel told his question and answer session when asked how he sees the match going. "Then at the beginning of this season, with a draw at Anfield. Then a draw at Stamford Bridge and a draw more than 120 minutes and-something at Wembley [in the Carabao Cup final]. There is something beyond a prize and boasting freedoms available for anyone in the capital, notwithstanding. This is one of the greatest club contests in world football, there is an award pot to go with the brilliance. The two sides have up until this point gathered £1.6million on the way to Wembley and the victor this evening will go home with over two times that award, with £1.8million available for anyone. Yet, even the loosing team won't leave with nothing but with £900,00.
Reality or Nightmare "I thought you love me" Brenda yelled as he pulled her by the hair towards the engine where humans are being grounded for rituals. If someone had told her that Bobby is a ritualist, she definitely wouldn't have believed and right now, everything seems like a dream where she's struggling to wake from. She and Bobby had been dating for three months and he's the sweetest guy she has ever met although sometimes he would vanish for a week then return with lots of gifts to cheer her then make mad love to her that would make her forget all her premeditated grudges towards him. He pushed her into the boot then pressed a button that suddenly made the boot close in an awkward manner. "I'm sorry" Bobby grinned and she could see in his eyes that a part of him wants to save her yet he watched the machine roll the boot into the section where she would be grounded into chunks of meat for their rituals. Life has been so perfect and rosey that she never imagined something like this was actually real. She couldn't believe her eyes when she noticed chunks of human flesh covered in blood and if they were to be measured or scaled, it's probably up to a hundred human beings that had been grounded into pieces of meat. "Why are you doing this to me? She wailed still hoping he would change his mind and save her from this hell. "I tried to warn you" he whined though still unable to look at her. His feets are fidgeting while sweats dripped through his armpit down to his ribs. He's wearing only a white short with nothing else to cover his tattoos all over his chest and biceps. "Is this how you want to end my life after...." She hasn't finished her statement when he pulled a lever which sounded an alarm before the engine started yet nothing was happening except the blaring of the engine. Brenda can see herself being scattered into chunks of meat while her innocent blood spilled all over the boot. "Is this about me or you? By now she has given up the thought of hope and the only thing that's left in her is her soul which is in a reverie where she's in an open space and for a minute, she smiled knowing there's life after death and she'll certainly be in heaven where her soul will be free from this pain and fear her body is feeling. "Trust me, I'll always love you" he moans like he has no power over what he's doing, he sounds like a demon is controlling him or he's forced to do it or lose his own life, Brenda's thoughts wavered. "Bob! We can fight whoever is behind this" her voice is fading, her body can feel the heat from the blaring engine while her soul for a moment has reached negotiations with the Creator and justified for heaven. Bobby plods closer to the engine, for the first time since he dragged her in here; he shares eye contact with her and believe me, his eyes are going red while his forehead appears like something wants to pull out from it. "B..renda" he stutters her name, "I'm a ritualist and everything we shared was nothing but a plan to get you here" he continues. Her eyes sparkles in doubt and for a moment, her thoughts are convincing her that this man standing right here isn't her Bob. "This isn't you, Bob" she strectched her right hand to the glass between them then moans, "I still believe in you, Bob" she paused for a second then cried "What happened to you?" Millions of questions scaled through her thoughts yet her lips seems sealed while the voice, her voice appears to be her thoughts that Bobby wasn't hearing. For the first time in her life, she gave up the struggle to save herself. "If the man I love can do this to me then what's life" although she's known for her strong will and faith but this moment is different because right now, faith seems like an illusion. Bobby cocks his head upwards then closes his eyes like he's communing with something then untied the red bandana on his head. "A man becomes a man when he faces survival and wins" those were the last words from Bobby before pulling the lever which caused the engine to rewind then tear Brenda to pieces. Brenda's phone chimes, it's her alarm for 5am and she has been dreaming all these while. "Good God!" She squeaks, "It was a dream, nightmare" she bellows. Her bedsheets is soaked with sweat while her whole body shivers in fever. She has never seen something like that before and it still scares her to think or conclude whether or not something like that can actually happen in this world of ours. Brenda clutches her teddy bear, closes her eyes to pray then finds her feet to call her mother. She's about to dial her mother's line when someone knocks on the front door. It's Bobby and trust me, she can never trust him again. Although what happened wasn't real except a mare nightmare caused by severe typhoid but to her, it's a call for carefulness. A warning to kick Bobby out of her life for good. It's sad because she really wants to spend the rest of her life with him and all that yet the memories of that dream stays fresh in her mind and she can't help but feel uneasy with Bobby. She knows her life will never be the same because she's about to lose the one man she loves yet that dream or nightmare has made her to see the world differently especially when she remembers the words of her bestie "Men are unpredictable, today they can be a sheep then suddenly turn into a beast". She never used to believe a thing about the existence of rituals with human beings and other stories she used to hear about how the world can be a dangerous place out there but today, she had woken a different being far from being skeptical as she used to be. She reached for her Samsung tablet then surfs the net about rituals and stuffs related to it. A video catches her attention, a video where some masked men are buttering a lady after stripping her naked. She couldn't watch the video till the end as she immediately rushed to the restroom to puke in fear and irritation. It's sad to say this but the country where I was born and raised seems unsafe these days. It's like a dog eat dog society where humans eat their fellow humans, behead a living being without remorse and do all sorts of evil to their fellow beings for blood money and fame. Now she understands that there are things out there which sounds impossible and uninteresting yet our perception or believes whether or not they exist doesn't stop them from existing. She understands better that the world, Nigeria is far dangerous than she used to think and now it even scares her to leave the house and as for Bobby, she broke up with him then relocated to England.
Teens and relationships I hate it when we're clingy about relationships. These days, it's hard to find a young man or woman focusing on self improvement instead we all want someone in our lives. Our girls now give sex in exchange for love and when you ask them why they have decided to allow themselves to be maltreated by their lover, they'll boldly whine that he's taking care of their needs and leaving him isn't an option because they can barely find a good man who can take care of them. So they wallow in their own foolishness still forgetting that in this present world, women tends to be more successful than men if only they can find their feet and explore their potentials of being independent than depending on a man who doesn't respect them. I'm not saying that it's wrong for a young fellow to build a relationship but the massive urge for this is responsible for the domestic violence, heartbreaks and even suicide because when we're not patient enough to improve our values while waiting for love to find us, we force ourselves into settling with someone who barely loves us except for their selfish desires which could be either looks, money or sex. With the current perspective of we the young about relationships, it shouldn't surprise us why young girls are now victims of domestic violence why our young men indulges in youthful vices just to please the opposite sex with affluence, designer clothes and gadgets because these days, you'll barely find a girl who will want to build a relationship with a young man who is yet to be successful as they deem it. We forget that success isn't measured by wealth and luxury but by inner contentment, honor for oneself and respect for others. These days we find girls roaming the streets with men old enough to be their dad because the young men can't give them all the luxury they desire. Relationship is the best gift to humanity but shouldn't be misunderstood for luxury and sexual urges. True relationship is understandable when two people understands that no one is perfect but they're perfect for each other. Isn't it high time we begin the journey of soul searching within ourselves in order to become a better partner and lover than chase after woman and men when we actually have no value to improve their lives. Money can buy a girl to your bedroom but can never buy her genuine love because love is priceless, it is something that finds a man when he least expects it. Let's focus on building our worth by understanding who we are, what we really want and what we can give in return before venturing into a relationship because of sex or peer pressure. Thanks
