The ward movie has horror genre, as the lead female characters sees horrific figures, spirits and the like.
She always see horror figures that made her family send her to the ward a mental hospital to be exact, hoping she can recover if she'll be taken care of by the medical experts. Nobody believes her when she's telling that she can she ghost.
Every time she sees ghost and spirits she's triggered and do something horrible like hurting herself.
Things got worst when she's confined at the ward, the more she can she horrific things and become more triggered because the ward has bigger rooms and seldom people inside.
There are many patients on the ward and has different issues, but the lead character still trying to convinced everyone that she can really see spirits and ghost. Sometimes some personnel on the ward, she can see them as ghost. She's really sicked and getting worst. Every time she's triggered the doctors will inject her something that will make her calm and fall asleep.
You can never predict the story of the movie as you can see it's really a horror story but as you finished the movie you will realized it's not really about horror but phsycological issues.
The female character was just hallucinating that made her see unseen forces.
Sometimes when we are too negative, it can attract unseen forces that ables us to see. Unseen forces likes to hover on negative people. But medical professionals doesn't believe it that way, because they will insist that having worst phsycological issues will give you hallucinations.
At the end of the movie you'll see that the unseen forces she sees was herself. Something related in having another personality that comes out. Split personality, dual personality it's all related to her phsycological factors.
