Every port, report πŸ˜‚

Have you heard these tag lines "In every port report, every place replace"?

When I was still single, some people keep asking me if I have a boyfriend and I just said " Yes" then they will ask me, "what's his job?" Or "really do you have one? How come we don't see you dating or we don't see him picking you up after work?" they were so noisy and will just answer them "We are in an LDR setup, he works far away ". When they saw my FB account and saw some tags from him, they already know what's his job and keep teasing me, he will meet another woman in different countries. That in every port report and every place replace. That I should marry him right away so he will surely not slip away from me, like wtf. My boyfriend is not a billionaire that I should be dying to be tied so I can have rights to his assets or whatever lol. Some people's mindsets are really scary, only care about status and money. I always hear negative comments about his chosen career, but I have to accept it because that was what he has chosen before we met. It also depends on the person.

LDR sea-based is not easy, especially when they are sailing away. You lost contact because of signal problems even if there is wifi on their ship. If you are a cry baby type of woman, you will not survive LDR. If you are emotionally weak, you can't expect moral support from your spouse right away because they are not always around.

It is said that they met other women from different countries and yes it was true lol. Brazilian, Thailander, and etc. Boys are boys, what you don't know doesn't hurt you but women know (instinct) lol. Just remind them, " safety first " may it be a joker or for real. If you are a seaman's wife you have to be open-minded or else you will die from stress πŸ˜‚and of course trust your partner. Trust, love, respect, and loyalty are essential aspects to make LDR works if one of them is not being practiced then it's not gonna last.

Sometimes you don't have to listen to other people's opinions, but you have to listen to your instinct. A long-distance relationship is for people who can live without their partner. Who can sacrifice enough to make it last?

Sometimes the relationship is complicated to handle, that's why some people prefer to be single.

Your ring there must be love, respect and loyalty in a relationship. The distance is not a factor that hinders relationship to grow, even how closer you are, work on the same place, if there was no real love, respects each other and loyalty, a relationship will torn apart. Just be strong and pray to God. If you really meant for each other no storms and and waves could topple such strong relationship.
