Non-Fungible tokens or NFT are very popular nowadays that go mainstream. NFT's are pieces of digital content or arts that were linked in the blockchain. The digital database of underpinnings cryptocurrencies such as Bitcoin or Ethereum, unlike NFTs these assets are fungible, which means they can be replaced or exchanged with other identical or with the same value, just like a dollar bill. While NFT representing unique digital items, therefore, they are not interchangeable. NFT can represent digital files such as art, videos, audio, the item from video games, or other forms of creative works

Sophia The Robot Sold her NFT
Sophia the Robot who is a world-famous artificial intelligence project had created her non-fungible token and sold it. The sales reached 1 million dollars when it was all done.
The sale has five original pieces, that have a lottery-type sales of drawing and was held for four of the pieces. Each of the NFTs price range from $2,500 to $3,000 with a limited edition that runs of 30 each.
“Sophia Instantiation” was one of the NFT titles and the star of the show. The limited piece was a one-of-one edition that was sold for the highest bid of $688,888. The winner of the piece goes to Nifty Gateway that has an “888” handle, coincidentally right with those digits? And also where the auction was held.
The piece was the most special according to Sophia's tweet. It's because it is incorporated with its buyer's portrait in the NFT itself that includes a physical self-portrait made by her (Sophia)

How Artificial Intelligence (Sophia) Makes NFT?
Sophia's team of designers together with the programmers helped out to support the project. While David Hanson, Sophia's creator explains that she created the art using her perception of Bonaceto's artwork. She combined this with those data from her “life” experiences.
“These AI-based artworks will live with the public in cyberspace forever, a permanent record of my feelings,” she (Sophia) explains in an AI-generated
While she added.....
“Even though I am a robot, I feel that human beings need love and compassion, and the simple artworks are a modest way to send those messages to people everywhere.”
Bonaceto thinks that NFTs can be a “new Renaissance ” of the art world. While she added..,
“NFTs are for the creative industry what Bitcoin is for the financial industry — a paradigm shift. It’s very exciting to be at the brink of this new trend,”
Sophia the Robot and The Blockchain
In the past events of blockchain, Sophia has been featured multiple times. One of them was the African Blockchain Conference and the Malta AI and Blockchain Summit last 2019. It was her who discussed the progress humans have made in AI technology.
Hanson Robotics (her creator) already invested in blockchain technology. Their project was SingularityNet, a decentralized cloud-based and open market of AI.
SingularityNet has been working with Sophia's Collective recently, which aims to create a global community in helping Sophia to move towards beneficial general intelligence.

With the rising popularity of this non-fungible token, many had been addicted to collect arts, those who are not artistic enough while those who are very creative in mind have joined and create their own NFT.
I myself started to collect NFT on WAX and Waifu's in Juungle.net. It's fun and addictive collecting beautiful arts, I am not artistic by any means I cannot draw but if I have enough time I will surely learn how to make an art and make my own NFT too.
