Foreigners visiting Cambodia enter Korea after paying $3,000 in corona service

Cambodia has announced that it will pay a 3,000 dollar coronavirus deposit to foreign travelers.

According to Cambodia's latest Foreign Ministry bulletin board, foreigners wishing to visit Cambodia must pay a deposit of $3,000 at the airport in the name of'COVID-19 Service Charge'.

It is known that this payment can be paid by credit card as well as cash.

The Cambodian Ministry of Foreign Affairs explained, "After deducting all services, the deposit will be returned." COVID19 service is like this.

First, it costs $5 to transport from the airport to the test center. And an additional $100 for COVID19 inspection fee.

Travelers are required to pay a total of $60, including three meals, during one night's stay at a designated property, such as a hotel. If nothing else, travelers must separate themselves from the property they want for 14 days.

If a visitor is confirmed to be positive for the corona virus, they should be treated at the Khmer Soviet Friendship Hospital in the Cambodian capital. In this case, you'll have to get up to four tests at $100 each. You will have to pay $2,500 for treatment.

In this case, the 3,000 dollar mark will be surpassed, and the cost will increase rapidly. In response, the Cambodian Foreign Ministry is planning to recommend travel insurance of up to $50,000.
