One is an altruist for a good reason

When our life is guided by altruism,the dissatisfaction is lesser than that of an egoist whose wants r in constant contradiction and conflict with the wants of the mass.As you know conflict and contradiction creates stress,and demands energy and time to avoid it.We face no such worry and fear of conflict in altruism unlike that of egoism .In altruism way of life,we reap peace,and have a clear principle and commitment while there is no end and limit for our selfish demand in egoism,which in turn puts as in the realm of dissatisfaction.
