You can get better. You can't always control how a situation feels, but you can control how you express your feelings. You don't have to explode.
Suggested solution :He who is slow to anger is better than the mighty, and he who controls his temper than he who conquers a city.
HOW CAN YOU GO ABOUT IT
Set an objective. Instead of saying, "This is how I am," strive to improve yourself within a set period of time, maybe six months. During this time, keep track of your progress. Whenever you lose your temper, write down (1) what happened, (2) how you reacted and (3) how you could have reacted better and why. So try to make better use of this reaction the next time you provoke it. Tip: keep track of your successes too! Notice how good you feel after demonstrating self-control.
Please wait before reacting. When someone or something irritates you, don't say the first thing that comes to your mind. Rather, wait. Take a deep breath if needed.
roaden your vision. Sometimes you can get angry because you only see one side of the problem: the part that worries you. Try to consider the other side of the story. Even when people are totally rude, there's usually an explanation that can help you to be understanding.
If necessary, move away. Before the fight begins, come out.Sometimes it is better to simply escape a volatile situation. So instead of thinking about it and letting your anger build up more, be active. some times exercise can relieve stress and keep you from losing your temper.
Learn to let go. Move, but do not sin. Express your opinion in your heart. . . and shut up. Note that there is nothing wrong with being agitated. The question is, what will happen next? If you allow others to provoke you,it gives them power over you. Why not try to be mature and ignore the topic? If you do, you will be controlling your anger instead of allowing it to control you.
Now a days anger is increasing among people due to stress. Some may also require counselling to control it.
