Yes, you heard right, you see, sometimes in life things look to be stuck in a loop. You make great effort, but things seems to be repeating over and over again. No, I'm not reading cards or the lines on your hand. As it happens, it's something that happens to all of us, until we finally find out what's is really going on!

THERE IS SOMETHING HOLDING YOU BACK!

And I can tell you what it is. Unfortunately, when we were kids, we were pretty much sponges of the information around us, and most of those informations are still active in our subconscious, manipulating our actions even without us being are of it.

That's why we tend to be stuck in some kind of situation, and even if we try to do a drastic change, the scenario changes but the play is the same.

Fortunately, there are many ways to identify and reset these memories. Of course, it's always advisable to seek a professional, however, today we're giving the first step to understand how these memories are affecting your climb to success.

First thing you must to know is how your subconscious can manipulate you. Actually, it manipulates your thoughts, and, as most of people, we are not in control of our mind all the time. Our thoughts generates feelings which, in its turn, generates actions. Most people, for instance, are afraid of cockroaches. We know, despite they are disgusting, there is no logical reason for everybody run around when a cockroaches shows up. A simple step would do the service. But why everybody is desperate? Because normally when we are kids, a cockroach (or another insect) showed up and everybody started to scream, making our mind save the memory of danger, that's triggered when we see them.

Memories, like the one mentioned before, are difficult to find their origin and even harder to reframe them. In order to take the first step to find out the ones that are affecting your financial life and reset them, we are going to split them in three categories:

Verbal: What did you hear when you were a kid?

Exemples: What did you see when you were a kid?

Episodes: What did you experienced when you were a kid?

Verbal memories are easier to notice that they are installed in our minds. We tend to repeat them. You probably have heard one of these when you were a kid:

  • "Do you think money grows on trees?"

  • "Money is dirty, wash your hands after touching it"

  • "Money is the root of all evil"

  • "People only get rich stepping over other people"

  • "Rich people are greed, there is no use for that much money"

Hearing one of these affirmations when we are still kids, learning about the world and its dangers, from people who we believe have experience in life, make us record it as an absolute truth, then we tend to keep money away from us when we grow up. Why would you work for something that can be harmful for you?

Exemples memories are more complex, normally its something our parents or the person who took care of us used to do when we were kids, that we end up repeating them. For instance:

  • You have never had a investment, or even the idea of what it is, because all your family has never talked about it, and it was a boring subject at the table.

  • Your parents worked in a regular job and got home exhausted complaining about life.

  • Your parents were always saving money for a needy situation, so never spent money travelling or doing cool stuffs.

Normally these exemple memories are based on their fear. Fear of losing money, of repeating someone else's experience, but we just repeat them, and probably we will never know the origin. "A apple don't fall far from the tree"

"Episodes memories" are the ones that are deeply attached to our minds, because it happened to us. or better, it was our first interpretation of life. Situations like:

  • Suddenly your family had to move, because the family leader lost everything in a "investment". So your mind records"investments are bad".

  • A father don't give attention to the kid because he is always working. When the kid complains or disobeys, he says "I work because we need money". So "Money is bad!".

  • A girl ask her mother for money, and her mother says: "Ask your father" and then her father gives her the money. So in her mind... "Only men have money".

These were only some exemples of how an information can be badly recorded in our mind and make us take action even without being aware of them. They usually happen at home, but can also happen at school or even at church ("rich people won't go to heaven!"). Some people will call it destiny, force of universe, attraction law or whatever. Until they realize that they can access these memories and reframe them. But how?

The fastest and more effective way that is more accessible everywhere is seeking a psychologist, therapist or a hypnotherapist. To help you find these memories and reframe them. However you can follow these steps by yourself:

  • Awareness: Meditate and write down the memories you can find that might be repeating in your subconscious. Write down the sentences, the situations and problems, you had as a child about money, wealth and rich people.

  • Understanding: How do these beliefs and situations effect your current life? write it down with the most details you can.

  • Dissociation: Notice that, those memories are in the past, are you able to see things can be different now? What can you do differently?

Understanding how our mind hold us back, in other words, how we hold ourselves back is a tough job. Most of us will need professional help at some point. But the thing is, never give up! Only hard work is not enough, we have to program our mind for the success, cleaning up all the mess we bring from our childhood. As far as we know, we haven't chosen to be born poor, but becoming rich is up to us!

I agree with you. Sometimes bad experiences in life tends to draw us out from trying new things like investment. Actually before, whenever I hear investment I think about the word "scam" but as I dive into the crypto world investment is something that will give you benefits in the future. Only if we are industrious enough to learn, I think there's no limit for everything we want to achieve.

I see, I was the same. I had been afraid to enter in the crypto world because of these beliefs
