The X-mass final countdown: Merry Christmas It’s a final countdown, the days are coming and we celebrate Christmas again. A beep when the messenger wakes me up at 4 AM. I looked at my phone for two people to message me regarding what was the plan for tomorrow, December 25, 2021. I don’t know what to say, because I grew up not really celebrating Christmas and not preparing a huge feast for the Noche Buena. This might be because we are living in someplace away from the rich and are just that simple. Last year as the pandemic struck we chose not to celebrate like before, the only way that we will prepare fest is that my cousins and sisters will come home, but because of restrictions it didn't happen. 2020 we don’t really celebrate Noche Buena, instead, we just prepared a 9:00 PM dinner with all four houses including my uncles and us in our grandparent kitchen and visited by our church pastor giving us the light words from the gospels. I am not a religious man for the record, but I am not also a pagan. I believed there was heaven and hell and Christmas is for kids.  (Sorry I don’t believe that it was a birthday). When I was a kid I loved Christmas. Even though we don't have something on the table I made sure that I woke up at 12 AM and jumped high. When I was young elders taught me that jumping during 12 AM could make me tall LOL. As a child, I do certainly. I am tall anyways, but not in jumping at 12 AM but because of genetics haha. As for getting I learn it as I grow old. I also had a nightmare Christmas, planning to wake up at 12 AM when I was still a boy but ended up waking up in the morning instead. I was shocked that no one woke me up instead they just let me sleep lol. I remember cursing them for not waking me up that day. I was young and a boy at that time haha, my Christmas became a sudden misery. Christmas seems so much different right now, I don’t feel the spirit really in the personal state. I don’t see my neighbour excited for what will be Christmas. Might be because of the Pandemic and what happened this past Christmas made us realize that it's not that glamorous at all. But we will still celebrate Christmas, that part of the culture but not the way like others or you were. Basically, we just buy fruits. I don’t know but they said the good fortune was on fruit. The dozen of different circle shape fruit makes the charm of luck come into the home. I don’t believe that, but fruits are better than other foods right haha. We will also complete the set that will collect our budget for the season. It's actually hard to think about a topic today, I just want to express myself what was Christmas but seems like the idea becomes crumbled, and they are being bossy again for me to accommodate some of our visitors and to go in the market to buy things out. I also prepared my cash gift for small kids, it’s a tradition that they will bless and we will give them some simple gifts either monetary or toys. Expertly I had a lot of kids waiting for the Aguinaldo. Aso prepared some for my sisters and one eldest cousin. I just decided to give money and buy what they want instead of a material gift. It's better to give than receive. I don’t want to look like a good human lol, that what again in my past article but yeah I just wanted to be like give rather than receive even I don’t receive any this year, it's fine and if someone offers that much appreciated. I want to thank all my read.cash family. It's my first Christmas here on this amazing platform with you, my virtual friends, all my new members of the BCH family, the sponsor and the developer both read and noise. I know we were all busy despite I told that we just celebrate it simply, but we need to attend other activities this December 24 and 25. I just wish you all a happy and merry Christmas. And might all the good blessings be with us always? Merry Christmas and thank you for reading…`
