Just finished a productive discussion with @Yann.Poire regarding our long term experiences in the crypto space and found he too had ended up in this obscure little hamlet, thought I'd post a couple of my own photos from the interesting experience in question.
This was the crocodile farm / restaurant.

And this was their local Catholic Church.

Worth a visit if you ever find yourself near Tonle Sap, have not seen much else like it in the world.

Omg! That brings me so many memories. You can buy snakes to feed the crocodiles on the farm. Quite a big hit with travelers and tourists. The food was not the best either. But hey, it is a very exotic place out of the beaten path. At least it was a while ago and it seems to still be the case. Cant wait to go back to Asia...

You didn't by any chance happen to get a photo of the sign on the church complaining about being confused between viet and khmer versions of something or other did you? I have one but the photo quality turned out particularly poor. Text is something like

"Khmer & Vietnamese Teaching School Here There are Two Difference School Is not the same Please do not confuse"

always wondered exactly what that was about, sounds like it might have an interesting story behind it.

I will have a look... I don't remember as it has been a long time. But yeah Cambodian and Vietnamese don't really like each other...

Right, struck me as interesting they'd share a school in context. Maybe the church has something to do with it ;)
