Just converted few BCH to BUSD because I have some bills to pay. Noticed that BCH is taking longer for transaction confirmations. I hope when I am promoting BCH to the normal people I don't get to experience such a longer confirmation times. How is your weekend going?

My weekend is so far so good. Worked half a day. Now I can cook for my family and then cook for my family.
Hi Esmee! I just wanted to mention a few things, from my humble knowledge and experience with Bitcoin Cash: 1) Six confirmations are usually expected to take one hour. There is a block mined every ten minutes on average. 6x10= 60 minutes. As you implied though, there are random variations, sometimes they take longer, sometimes shorter. 2) Confirmations are usually required by exchanges where you trade cryptos. For all other practical purposes, BCH transactions are instantaneous. If you send BCH to a friend or pay a business, they don't have to wait for any confirmation. 3) There are a lot of technical details on the previous point. The reason exchanges ask for confirmations is that there is a theoretical very small risk of someone attacking the blockchain to "double spend" the coins. But for that to happen, they have to "mine" different blocks, paying >tens of thousands of dollars for this "attack". The risk gets smaller with subsequent confirmations. So again, for all practical purposes and payments, zero confirmations are safe enough on BCH.
