Cryptocurrency is often hyped too much and we realize that the common people are yet to even touch the crypto. And we have a lot of time to go in order to educate them and bring them to the mainstream. I have written an article to address this issue. Education is critical for cryptocurrency to make it to the common people.

Good article! Here in rural Philippines, I believe the cost of internet access will keep folks from using cryptocurrency readily. However, one user here, @ugmayor , is working with folks in Uganda to use crypto, and she is somehow addressing this problem. One of the big reasons I like to support @ugmayor is that if she succeeds in getting crypto widely accepted in Uganda, that gives the rest of the developing world a template or example to follow. A problem for folks who are citizens of more "advanced" (ha!) countries like me, (I am an American), is the ridiculous issue of taxes. The stupid American government wants to tax just about ANY crypto transaction, which of course will add an excessive layer of fees on top. This is really, really, really dumb, but won't change any time soon, probably not until CBDCs get going, and folks become comfortable with them. (I don't think that CBDCs will face the same taxation problems other cryptos have.) The other "problems" with crypto you mention can be resolved, and even when looked at from a different viewpoint may be advantages.
