Govt offices are joke. I mean be it any country unless you are in america or some other nation. But in asia we have all the nations here with funny govt employees. How this will change? It will be using blockchain.   I've had many government contracts, and there are good, hardworking government employees, but ultimately they are forced to work on really stupid stuff.
