Singapore doesn't have the capital gains tax but the NFTs and cryptos are going to be taxed. And we have to keep data of what we are converting into local money. So I am going to maintain a spreadsheet on when and how I managed to move the funds. Hopefully that helps me next year with all the taxes and improved rules. What about you?

E@Esmee

Do you know the people of St kitts and Nevis are interested in accepting the salary in BCH? Yes, the place has gone completely under the influence of BCH and it has made the growth to such an extent that you can pay using BCH in various places over there. You can also get most of the financial tasks done using the BCH. This is a good step towards decentralized finance. Has your city or town or country started accepting BCH? Image Credit:…

E@Esmee

As much as we love the blockchains like BCH, SmartBCH. Make sure that you diversify above and beyond these blockchains. The reason being one market move of dip and things can get wiped out in your wallet. Which can be scary thing to think of. Make sure to diversify your crypto assets. Mix and update the coins regularly in the portfolio.

E@Esmee

Dragon Evolution, a game based around the dragon metaverse. This is a good game for those who like the dragon based NFTs. You may find that it has good reward system and the play to earn system in place. For now it's in initial phase and going through various influence, development rounds. You should definitely keep tab on it, if you want to earn from this metaverse. Check out the project: https://dragonevolution.gg/ https://twitter.com/DragonEvoNFT

E@Esmee

Elf World, a game that is pretty much the copy of the Pokemon. It has NFTs, play to earn game system and the metaverse which allows anyone to play the game. Obviously having NFT component and also making use of the various reward system, it requires metamask and few other connectors that you can use to login and hold the rewards. You can check out the project: https://elfworld.games/ https://twitter.com/elfworld99

E@Esmee

Bitcoin Cash is being accepted in the Capoeira Brasil in Townsville. They are accepting the BCH in the school. So the classes can be paid through BCH. It seems like small economies are being funded with BCH. Compared to other coins BCH seems to be helping crypto adoption far better than any other blockchain. Lot of interesting case studies with the Bitcoin Cash City you can check out. Image Credit: https://twitter.com/bitcoincashcity?lang=en

From the desk of the President of Overthinkers Club. Fresh news for you. Dont try to visualize everything in future. Like your future, good or bad or even something that gives you stress. Just figure out what you want to do next hour and work on it. Then slowly improve this. Don't try to visualize everything in life. It won't do you any good long term. :)

E@Esmee

Minilands NFT, a project based on the Solana blockchain. Basically these are small lands that look like some terrarium and it is an NFT which you can hold. How does it have any form of value? Well you have to find that out for your own self. But looks cool NFT compared to those apes, cats, reapers etc. Do check out the project: https://minilands.io/

E@Esmee

Bank deposits are slowly dying. And you won't be earning enough out of them. However crypto staking and delegations are giving lot better returns. I am going to write about this on leofinance today, I thought I should share this with you and get your views. What do you think? Have you started staking your crypto as of yet?

E@Esmee

I have managed to get 3.3k views to my leofinance content. So it seems like my content is well searched and appreciated by the people. Having regular good views and also getting traffic from google goes to show that I should continue to write. I hope to meet most of my financial goals this year :)

E@Esmee

NFT Artist of the Day: TheStarNFT. The person behind this NFT art has made some really good digital art that feels like the watercolor art. It has everything that you need for the proper cityscape, planet and digital city art. It is definitely one of those good art collections that you should check out. It's out on the opensea which is worth having a look. Check the artwork: https://opensea.io/TheStarNft https://twitter.com/Alexgold12345z

E@Esmee

I got one of the friend to invest some spare money into the BCH, BNB and Hive. So it seems like my writing and the tone helps some people make decisions when they are unsure. It feels good that my writing has helped someone. I hope it continues to do so on read.cash as well. Has your writing or your advice helped your friends? Isn't it a good feeling?

E@Esmee

If you like keeping track of the metaverse and it's rewards based games or even the marketplace. You should consider taking part in the "Heroes of the Metaverse". You can check out the projects twitter and experience if it's something you can spend your time into. I personally find their NFTs fun to have. So upto you to explore and try out. Check out the project: https://twitter.com/heroesmetaverse https://www.heroesmetaverse.app/

E@Esmee

Not sure if I mentioned about CENT. But I found it pretty cool tumblr like site which has the crypto rewards like noise and read. You write the content and share your stuff and get reward from the people if they like it. Kind of like a good service for those who are planning on making some sort of diversification. Also do check out how to sell your tweets to NFT asset. So do check out cent. https://cent.app.bio/ https://v.cent.co/

E@Esmee

Rabby, a Metamask alternative and a better DeFi wallet has now added the SmartBCH support in it's service. Debank is behind the team of the rabby development. And that means it's future is in secure hands. We have got one more option and also lot better way to handle the SmartBCH tokens. They also had the security audits (2nd so far), which goes to show that the wallet is pretty much secure. Check out the Rabby wallet: https://rabby.io/

E@Esmee

Feline Fiendz, an NFT collection of felines. You would find some really good designs of the felines within this collection. Though I am not much into NFTs which are having no-use-case. I think I'd pass on this one. But if you are the collector type then this is something you can explore as well. Also the artist is on twitter so do check out as well. You can check out the NFT project: https://fiendz.io/ https://twitter.com/FelineFiendz

E@Esmee

SPK Network logo contest. SPK is a hive based video platform. If you are good with the logo design or graphics design in general. You should consider getting yourself in the contest so that your effort could pay off. You have to create one of the three or all of them if you want. And if it gets selected you would get rewards. It's a good contest to enter into. Check out the contest post: https://leofinance.io/@spknetwork/spk-network-tokens-logo-contest

E@Esmee

Galaxy heroes, a new Binance smart chain game which is under play to earn system. It's a good metaverse with the coin in it. It seems like it is gaining momentum from the twitter community. I have noticed that if more takers come into the market it would make it easier for the system to adopt the the coin and it would serve a good purpose for players. So keep a tab on it you never know when this takes off. Check out project here: https://galaxyheroescoin.com/…

E@Esmee

Do you know there are hosts that allow you to pay for the server fees using the bitcoin cash? I recently discovered the Privex which is a good hosting service which allows BCH transaction. It also accepts hive and other cryptos. And they have decent VPS hosting plans. So do check out if you plan on using the BCH for paying for your blogs and hosting. Check Privex: https://www.privex.io/

E@Esmee

Faceless friends, a new NFT range with avatar type of the design for the NFTs. Not something I'd be buying but there are people who buy literally any NFT in the hope to make money. So you can expect something to be made out of this too. It's a good NFT collection art wise but I am still stumped on the use case. Check out the Faceless Friends: https://twitter.com/FacelessFrenz https://opensea.io/collection/facelessfriends

E@Esmee

There are some of blockchains like Uptrennd who sell your data and make exit. And then there are some decentralized blockchains like Hive where you are in control of your site and the data in general. I have written an article on this. Give this article a read :) Check out the article: https://leofinance.io/@esmeesmith/hive-does-not-sell-you

E@Esmee

Australia is very fast on the adoption of Bitcoin Cash. For example, north queensland has been going on pretty strong. There is one mall that has adopted the BCH. And they are now getting a lot of customers who accept the BCH. It's going to be a great year for the world accepting BCH :) Check out the project: https://plantessentials.com.au/

E@Esmee

Blockavatar, a new NFT series that is deployed on the Polygon chain. This chain makes it easy for the NFT holders to hold them and likely to raise in the value. Pretty collection and something I think may get adopted by avatar library type database. You should keep tab on this type of the project. Check out the project for more: https://blockvatar.com/ https://twitter.com/blockvatar

E@Esmee

Hive Dollar is a good investment today. It offers 20 percent APY. Instead of spending money into the tokens that rug pull, you should save into the hive dollar. You wont' regret as the hive is safe decentralized blockchain and it's going to stay.

E@Esmee

ZomNFT, an NFT collection which is focused on the zombies. It was one of the good collection that I have found out recently. They have recently added some good character NFTs that you can try out. It's a good NFT collection worth trying out and hold if you want as well. Check out the project: https://www.zomnft.com/ https://twitter.com/ZomNFT

E@Esmee

I feel one has to be lucky to get rich before reaching 40. I have experienced this recently. I want to desperately have better finances this year. And I am working hard towards my goal. But it is getting harder as the time goes on. It is frustrating because I am moving towards new age group which would make me mid aged. And not being rich, not much traveled. I feel it's kind of frustrating. I hope my hard-work pays off and I don't get old then rich.

E@Esmee

SmartBCH has one downside, just like any other chain. Lot of tokens over there are turning out to be rug pull. It needs to have a use case. Unless they have it, there is no trust in the chain. If there is no use case or there are no takers for some strong project, it would be just rug pull waiting to happen. If your token has no use case, it's a rug pull.

E@Esmee

Sugar Realm, this is one of those games where you are going to play in PVE and PVP mode. You can see that it has pretty interesting NFTs on the opensea too. Mostly the bunny theme is there in the collection. As of now the demo game is out there on the web and may release the final good version as well. You may want to check that one out if you are into NFT based games. Check out the project: https://sugarrealm.io/ https://opensea.io/collection/sugar-realm

E@Esmee

Currently I am multi tasking when it comes to content writing and marketing. If the content I wish to write is small, I post it on noise.cash. When I want to write long form then it's read.cash and when I want to explicitly write about non-BCH topics, I go to leofinance. This way I have diversified my engagement and also tried to put the content on more than one platform. How are you doing things? Anything different?

E@Esmee

SmartBCH is now going rug pull mode lately. Every day new or old coins or the DEX is turning out to be rug pull or scam. Tropical is also on the same way or have gone the same route. I feel like quitting smartBCH and move the funds to the Hive dollar savings for fixed set of amount which is not a bad choice. What do you think? Do you trust these tokens?

E@Esmee

Today blockchain is not an optional topic in our life. We have to learn about various topics related to blockchain and learn how to invest into the same. Kids or the adults under 30 should learn about it and make sure to benefit from it while they can before regulation takes off. What do you think? Are you teaching this to new and old generation?

E@Esmee

I monetized my Quora account. I am going to write those advice posts and have it generate revenue for me. I know it'd take like year for some passive income. But you have to start somewhere. All my income sources are active income. So I have to find out means for passive too. So quora is my alternative to adsene as of now. Have you tried Quora Monetization?

E@Esmee

Ethereal Creation, an AI generated images turned NFT, it makes use of the existing artists and the content which is kind of interested as well. It has pretty good designs and some of the designs feel like human guided but yeah opensea seems to have a lot of AI generated which can be viewed there. You may want to check out the collection. https://opensea.io/collection/etherealcreation

E@Esmee

Bitcoin Cash is in green right now. And I am going to convert to FIAT while it is up. I may buy BCH once it goes under 300. It is a new routine for me for now. I hope to add more BCH and the stablecoins for next few months for now. How about you?

E@Esmee

Today I converted some spare BCH out of the sBCH projects. And now I thought to reinvest into something that could give me long term returns. So I am asking you which is better investment - dividend stock or mutual funds?

E@Esmee

Binance Earn is good. So far the BUSD investment has been going good. I may consider adding more coins. I know I should be adding the COSMOS into this list too. But all in due time I suppose. It takes time to accumulate the returns to something reasonable. How about you? Are you putting the money to work?

E@Esmee

OpenSea has some of the NFT with the good art too. It's all going to come in slowly. I found this one art which is kind of good looking to my eyes. I cant say the same for you. As some may not like this. So I will find more styled art like this in near future here. If you like this art check the opensea for this author. Check the NFT page:…

E@Esmee

I always think about this - "we are either working or we are making excuses". In that case it'd be reasonable to think that we have to do something everyday that takes us closer to goal. Giving up on money and being rich means we are accepting poverty or low money when we need it the most. So are you serious or are you giving up? or have been slow focus on it?

E@Esmee

Weekly update: My TRX savings in the binance has been going on pretty good. I have not yet crossed the 100 TRX but I hope that in near future that would be a good start if that does happen in near future. I have to also watch out for the BUSD stock too. I need to add more. How about you? How are your staked investments?

E@Esmee

Noise affiliate check: So I have noticed that I am getting some referrals but not so active. I guess I need to promote the noise.cash among the writers who are regular content creators. This way I hope that it would help me and then too. How about you? how is it working for you?

E@Esmee

When you are going through rough phase in life financially. Then there is also the upside to this where people support you. People like your views, content and they stay around you. You may be going through stress and feel like giving up but you can always take risk and move ahead. It's good to see a new sponsor on read.cash and it's good to see people supporting.

E@Esmee

Midnight Breeze, an NFT collection where you would find that each painting has anime feel for the image. And the collection has different vibe in it's image. Some of the time gives you a very good cultural and the thriller vibe too. It's a good collection on the opensea worth checking out and try holding if you are into this type of art. Check out the project: https://opensea.io/assets/0xd9c036e9eef725e5aca4a22239a23feb47c3f05d/6805

E@Esmee

Hive if starts it's own wallet with Pay service like binnace does, it can make a lot of users use it at shops and the places where the payment can be accepted. It can be something that needs some work from developers and if done it would help with adoption. I have written an article on this so do give this one a read :) Check out the article: https://hive.blog/hive-167922/@esmeesmith/pay-with-hive-utility-use-case

E@Esmee

When you are writing content daily it all pays off. Like it compounds whether it goes slow or fast it does not matter. But it all compounds as you work towards the same. So start compounding your efforts by investing into your writing daily. Post on sites that pay you. This all would help you out eventually.

E@Esmee

Thinking too much ahead into the future. You paralyze yourself for the fun and the enjoyment that you can have now. And if you think of past you would get depressed. So it's better to think of the present and try to stay here. Because what happens now is where life happens. I have been learning to do this and hoping that my effort helps other people too :)

E@Esmee

Genopets Habitat, a land based NFT which is in isometric shape. You are going to be showing your isometric shaped lands which can be pretty unique for the metaverse. Also the design along with the 3D aspect in video format forms an NFT of it's own as well. You may want to check it out. Check the project: https://opensea.io/collection/genopets-habitats

E@Esmee

Do you know you can get traffic to your read.cash, Hive, steem, noise.cash content that you create all day? You can get the traffic using the Listnerds. Just create a mailer in listnerds and tell the world about your content and boom, you get the people to your content to view it. It's pretty handy for both read.cash, noise.cash and also for getting upvotes on Hive. :) Check out the Listnerds (Not affiliate or anything Just a shotout) https://listnerds.com/

E@Esmee

After seeing a lot of rugpull in smartBCH I decided to move few of my investment off smartBCH to the Hive's ecosystem. I think the new pHBD is going to be reasonable as far as the investment is concerned. Atleast it won't be getting into the rugpull. Also hearing a lot of good for new pairs in the works out there. https://polycub.com/

E@Esmee

I tested Listnerds it seems like it can be a good option for bringing traffic to your content on read.cash, hive, and who knows I can even get some traffic to the noise.cash page too. I don't know if it would work for all but I am going to experiment with the same to see the results.

E@Esmee

Jambo Mambo is a Solana based blockchain game with web3 enabled features. It has pretty good gameplay and also the reward wise P2E system is pretty good too. They have NFT collection available in the Opensea for you to view as well. Pretty interesting set of the features available for the game. You may want to keep tab on the project. Check out the project: https://www.jambomambo.com/ https://opensea.io/collection/jambo-mambo

E@Esmee

Just testing out Listnerds for fetching the traffic. Hopefully this proves some good source for traffic and also helps in upvote. I will test with hive then later may add read.cash content too. So that would bring more people who are genuine writers. Have you tried it yet?

E@Esmee

My tokens are working passively. When it comes to the tokens that give the dividend or something in return, that is going to give some reasons for you to stay invested. I found my hard work paying off. In near future this may change for sure. I will diversify with other similar tokens. What about you? How are your investment taking on?

E@Esmee

Mines of Dalarnia, an action adventure game which is meant for the blockchain gamers. It has action, adventure and ofcourse NFT for you. The game has pretty good theme which you can check out on the official website. It also has twitter to show you the update of the overall game and it's tokens. Check out the project pages: https://www.minesofdalarnia.com/ https://twitter.com/MinesOfDalarnia

E@Esmee

Listnerds is working good for me as of now. I have managed to send some of the traffic from hive to the readcash article. I think if this works I can bring in referrals like this but for now it's just going to be a hustle mode all over and I don't know if this can change in near future. Check my article on this topic. https://leofinance.io/@esmeesmith/listnerds-proof-of-outreach-on-hive

E@Esmee

Hubpages is another good option to write and forget method. You never know when your content may pick up with traffic and you would earn from. If you have 2000 words or so worth of content, you should post there. Long form content does good there. I am going back there and add some content that can earn passively later. Crossing fingers.

E@Esmee

Merry Pal, is a community driven NFT collection. It is kind of foundation for the merryland metaverse but for now it is just getting started. For now the project seems to be in early phase. You may find that the followers seems to be slowly increasing and getting the demand too as well. Check out the project: https://merrypals.io/ https://twitter.com/MerryPals

E@Esmee

I have started diversifying. I managed to put up some efforts on the STEEM. I am going to be pushing my affiliate content there too. I hope to get some clicks and also may open another revenue stream by the ends of this year. It's tough but I am doing this slow and steady.

E@Esmee

Saturday evening and some junk food to end the day. I think the summer is slowly coming to the peak here and who knows in short few weeks we will be facing the rainy season with all those typhoons and stuff coming every as usual. How is your Saturday going on? Image Credit: https://itadakimasu-anime.tumblr.com

E@Esmee

Minecraft's pixelated concept has been the focus of the Metaverse based projects lately. Like some of the projects are making use of it for the design, NFTs and other play to earn game scenarios. Here you have NFT islands and it has both play to earn and NFT model for rewards. Do keep a tab on this as well. Check out the project: https://www.thenftislands.io/ https://twitter.com/thenftislandsio

E@Esmee

Do you know bitcoin cash has been in acceptance these days in the hosting companies? I was looking at some of the hosting sites and came across some of these sites that allows such type of the payment option. Hostmayo is one such company that offers this option: https://hostmayo.com/web-hosting

E@Esmee

Do you know Binance has the NFT market too? They have pretty cool NFTs like you can see the same on the opensea. Here however the prices are in the binance bnb. Which makes it easier to sell and buy and get at much cheaper rate too. One such NFT is the age of gods. Keep an eye on the same. Check out the project: https://www.binance.com/en/nft/collection/ageofgods-567008150333902849

E@Esmee

One interesting feature that nobody is discussing is Benswap's Lottery. I think for some reason it didn't get much attention. It's pretty cool. You buy the lottery tickets and like those lotto, if there are numbers matching, you would get some percent from the prize pool. You can check out the benswap lottery here: https://benswap.cash/lottery

E@Esmee

It's necessary to upskill yourself. You just can't rely on the same skills for life. We are not in same time ,like our parents. We have to learn new skills, get new jobs, do new work to survive today. So do you upskill yourself or have you relied on same skills?

E@Esmee

Twitter has some of the really good NFT artists. Some have good art among 10 bad art and some have pretty consistent good art being posted. You can use the hashtag NFT for the finding of the NFT in the twitter results. You would find this artist pretty interesting too. Check out this NFT collection: https://twitter.com/storyteller_nft

E@Esmee

Read Cash has affiliate section, this section now has the points column. I have no idea what this column is meant for. I have no movement of numbers in there. So it'd be fun to check out how it would work in near future. Have you seen this update? https://read.cash/your_affiliates

E@Esmee

I remember the time I used to be active in one forum and had few friends way above my age. I noticed today most of them are dead and it feels sad that today I have very less offline friends who I share my stuff with. I need to make friends of my age and also make sure to balance my life in such a way that online friends stay for professional contacts while offline I can connect to as well. How about you? Have you made more online friends or offline?

E@Esmee

Prometheus, a community of the NFT gamers where they play the RPG like game and then earn the rewards towards the NFT collection. It seems like a good collection design wise and worth holding onto but it's in beta as of now. It's a good gaming type which is RPG with pretty decent art behind the NFTs. You may want to take a look at the same as well. Check out the NFT resources: https://metagame-arena.io/ https://twitter.com/PromethMetagame

E@Esmee

Do you know Burger King has started accepting Bitcoin Cash? I noticed that apart from the places in St.kitts even the places Slovenia has started accepting the BCH as a payment in the burger king. It seems like they are expanding on the accepted coins in near future. They even had the crypto promo last year, so it's worth supporting some of such places. Is this working in your country or the place nearby? https://www.bk.com/crypto

E@Esmee

For those who know steem and hive, there is a project named "Project hope", they take 50 percent of your payout and also give you big upvote. Which may or may not be good but for account building they can be a good option. They are launching their own token soon. They have nice team which helped me for getting some upvotes in past. So just giving them shoutout for their new project. Check their token info here:…

E@Esmee

Battle of Guardians, a game on Binance smart chain. For those who have binance funds may consider getting into this game. It has enough interesting gameplay and the rewards along th way. It also has the real time multiplayer option for the fighting game, which is kind of rare in the blockchain game. So you are entertained while you are trying to make money. You can check out the game: https://battleofguardians.com/

E@Esmee

I had a goal to reach 30 HBD by the end of this month. But unfortunately I could not reach the goal. I may have to experiment with more content changes and see if this helps me out with the upvotes. But for now it is going to be slow and steady. How is your months progress?

E@Esmee

Aurory, a desktop project which is based on the solana blockchain. The game has the JRPG theme and also the overall game is pretty cool. Though not sure how the rewards would be distributing in near future let's hope it's good. It has the $AURY token on the blockchain which you should look into. Make sure to keep tab on the project if you are interested. Check out the project: https://twitter.com/AuroryProject https://aurory.io/

E@Esmee

April comes to an end - 38 USD reached. I wanted to reach 50 USD and it seems like this month has been not so good on the rewards part. But yes, once in a blue moon I got few hive votes and also doing good on steem. I have plans to be aggressive with the content writing and investment this year so that I can have investments that give some dividends. How about you? How is your 4th month of the year is ending?

E@Esmee

I have regularly started posting on Leofinance. It's slow growth but going close to 400 LeoPower this year. I think if I can stake this that would also get me something passive. I may cash out hive dollar as is along with some hive. This year I am bullish on investment and future expenses. Are you writing for leofinance?

E@Esmee

Void is a new game on the Solana blockchain. It has pretty strong reward ecosystem and also the game is much more into futuristic scenario too. Weapons and other items are part of the NFT as well. If you want to get into play to earn on solana blockchain then this can be a good game to rely on as well. Check out the project: https://www.void.games/game https://twitter.com/void_dot_games
