📜I will tell of your name to my brothers; in the midst of the congregation I will praise you: You who fear the LORD, praise him! All you offspring of Jacob, glorify him, and stand in awe of him…! *Psalm 22:22-23 (ESV)*

📋It is very difficult for anyone who has genuinely encountered God to keep his/her faith secret. The change and the joy which one experiences, can be so overwhelming that one is moved not only to declare it, but to also live it. This passion is unstoppable. It is this same passion that drove the Europeans from Germany to come to the mosquito-infested Africa, and for that matter, the Volta Region of Ghana. The Bremen missionaries used today’s focus text to preach their first sermon when they arrived in the Volta Region. When they read that somewhere in Africa, human beings created in the image of God, live without worshipping their creator, they were moved by the love of God to cross the ocean to declare his name. They defied all the odds and shared the goodness of Jesus Christ. The result of change and joy among Christians who encountered Christ through these Europeans was tremendous. How can we be quiet today? Are you driven by any passion to share your faith with those who don’t have Christ? Go ahead and preach Christ to those who need him right now!
