*📖WHEN GOD’S TIME COMES*

📜In the first year of King Cyrus of Persia, in order to fulfil the Lord’s message spoken through Jeremiah, the Lord stirred the mind of King Cyrus of Persia. He disseminated a proclamation throughout his entire kingdom, announcing in a written edict… *Ezra 1:1 (NLT)*
📋God is always faithful to his covenant people–he makes sure that he uses every situation to accomplish his purpose in order to benefit his covenant people. Israel’s disobedience made them become slaves in Babylon. While the seventy years that Prophet Jeremiah prophesied concerning Israel’s captivity was nearing an end, Cyrus, the King of Persia overpowered the Babylonians and took Israel captive. Knowing that the time for his people to be freed came, God used a pagan king to order his people to return to Jerusalem. The Bible says, God stirred the mind of Cyrus. When God’s time to bless or deliver his people comes, nothing and nobody can stop him. He will use anything and anybody. Sometimes, he uses even the devil to accomplish his purpose. Indeed, Solomon was right when he said, “The king’s heart is in the hand of the Lord like channels of water; he turns it wherever he wants”(Proverbs 21:1, NET). Cyrus was used by God even against his own will. That is how God will use your circumstances and even your enemies to change your story. Are you confused about what is going on in your life? God is turning it for your good.
