*📖LOVE IS A BEAUTIFUL CHOICE*

📋The late Myles Munroe said, “Love is a decision and not a feeling;” it must be mainly based on our choice. We choose one person among the multitudes. Like a flower picker in a garden full of diverse plants but finds one which is most appealing to him, so do we choose our lovely spouses from among many people. We find here that love is a journey of no retreat. When Jacob was in love with Rachel, he did not stop on the way: “And Jacob served seven years for Rachel. And they seemed unto him but a few days, for the love he had for her” (Genesis 29:20, ASV). God chose us and allowed his Son to die for us because he loves us. When other beautiful and handsome potential lovers tried to woo the lover in our text, he refused to heed their promptings. The world may be showering ‘cat-calls’ on you, enticing you to give in to their desires, but your answer should be no. We must give our hearts to our spouses and not look back. Just as we are not to go back after being saved, so do we have to stick to our decisions of love. Stay glued to your choice, make it work, do not go back.
