*📖JESUS, THE TREASURE OF WISDOM AND KNOWLEDGE*
👉(Reading: Colossians 2:1-5)

📜…That they may be encouraged in heart…, so that they may have the full riches of complete understanding, in order that they may know the mystery of God, namely, Christ, in whom are hidden all treasurers of wisdom and knowledge. *Colossians 2:2-3 (NIV)*
📋Knowledge is power. This is because knowledge can take one where others cannot go. We strive therefore to go to school and accumulate degrees behind our names. But the true source of knowledge and wisdom is not in books but in a person. The Apostle Paul made this clear in his letter to the Colossians. He expressed his desire to visit them and to encourage them to grow in the Lord Jesus, “in whom lies the treasures of wisdom and knowledge.” God is the source of wisdom and knowledge. He created the universe and all in it. Man is today struggling to unearth the hidden things God has placed in the universe. If the creator has the power to endow his creation with all these riches that human beings have been enjoying since the beginning of creation, then is it not wise that we turn to him for wisdom and knowledge? It’s clear that without God, human knowledge is limited. We only know what we can see but when we have Jesus, we can fully understand the true meaning of life and why we are here. Do you have Jesus? In him dwells all the hidden treasure of wisdom and knowledge. Seek him now!
