Freelancing is a new virus that breaks the dreams of young people in middle class families. Who is responsible?

We only see advertisements of successful people in the newspapers. Inspire them. I applaud them. But have you ever wondered how many boys have been made helpless by this freelancing ??? I think very realistically. So today I will write about a real issue. I will share some of my own experiences.

Freelancing is a respectable profession. Freelancing is a reflection of many talents. One skill is associated with another skill in such a way that only those who are freelancers know how much money they have to make. Those who are freelancers must know very well that no one can come and do freelancing. Working in the international arena requires international quality skills. Even after that, you will see that nowadays, even on the back of the bus, you can see that you can earn without any qualification, 100 percent guarantee, etc., etc. What is happening as a result, after training with 10-15 thousand rupees, say goodbye at the end! Is there even a record that at least 50 percent have been successful?

I have trained in the best training centers in the country. To be honest, my success rate is only 10 percent. In other words, out of 30 students, only 2 are able to work successfully. Everything else is stormy. I'm talking about those who have fallen. What will happen to them? They came with many dreams to earn 30-50 thousand rupees a month. Many have borrowed and coached according to what I have seen. They had the idea that after 3 months of training they would live a happy life. Dad will make mom happy. But they did not have the slightest idea about their qualifications. However, when they are contacting the consultancy of a training center to find out if they can really do it, they said that 100% income can be earned after completing the course.

So whose fault is it? After a three-month course, when his dreams are shattered, who is to blame? In fact, he is responsible for the dream he showed. There is no telling how many people are being deceived and how many people are living a helpless life. In fact, freelancing is not a child's play. Think about the lives of successful freelancers and see how successful they are. They are successful today because they have many qualifications.

And anyone who wants to can never succeed. It takes multiplication. It takes unlimited patience. Simply put, not everyone in the class is the first to be a freelancer. Successful freelancers are the first class of talented and patient people.

What if their dream was wrong? Not really. Those who showed them this false dream have made a mistake. They have achieved their interests by showing false dreams. In return, another dreamy man is breaking dreams. I left out their words. I could breathe a sigh of relief in the land of the cheater butchers if the government did a good job. But it is very difficult that the government is doing this more extensively. Absolutely ceremony can be called the dream break of the youth. The budget of crores of rupees is to make freelancers in the country. But has anyone been able to become a freelancer through government training? The answer is no. If anyone can, the percentage can be 1-2%. So why the government money is being wasted by trying to make millions of young people self-reliant by doing 5 days training?

In fact, nothing happened. The dreams of the youth have been shattered. Because nowhere do they say the only extra ordinary people who succeed in the e-freelance sector. Not everyone succeeds. Experienced freelancers will agree with me that even with 80% qualification, online income cannot be sustained. 100% proficiency is required to retain online income permanently. Otherwise it is a waste of time.

We have mentality and faults. One day when I was at the R&R Foundation, I saw a man who had just bought a modem and gone to his brother Russell to make money online. He has only opened e-mail for one day, but he wants to do freelance by web development in the next three months. The wife wants to be happy with the baby. According to his calculations, if Russell Bhai earns 5 lakh rupees a month with a lot of qualifications, I will be able to earn at least 15,000 rupees a month even if I have less qualifications. On the one hand, that's fine. But on the other hand, the whole thing is bamboo.

The truth is that if you have low skills, you will not be able to earn even Rs. You have to be perfect. Let me make it clear that you can make money online and understand your position before jumping. Whether you are fit to work online. Because there are many students of Dhaka University who do not know how to run internet well. Or he has no interest in computers. But how is it possible to get freelance with him? Where a freelancer has to sit at the computer for an average of 8 hours!

Recently, I have seen that after seeing the success of others, many people think that freelancing is so easy that they think that since my village pola earns money, I can too. Because I am much better than him as a student! I want to make it clear that traditional education and online freelancing are completely different things. It must be well understood. Interest and patience are the biggest keys to success here.

And if a new person realizes after three months of learning that freelancing is not possible with him, then the emotional emptiness that arises in him has to be carried away for the rest of his life. I have seen many people silently dream big and then shed tears. Again, I have seen many people succeed and smile happily. Ask yourself first if you are suitable for freelancing. Or have you come to be rich by sitting at home freelancing in a hurry?

What's going on in the middle? Some prominent members of the ruling party are embezzling large sums of money and some young people's dreams are being shattered.

The purpose of writing this post is to convey a message to all newcomers that freelancing is not possible for everyone. Think first. Then dream. At least don't be disappointed later. But it is not my intention at all to hurt any training center or anyone. No one will complicate matters. I just wanted to highlight the dreams of failed freelancers and the image of dream breaking after their failures. It is not my intention to disappoint you. Rather this writing will help you think the right thing.
