There's a lot of things we have to be careful with and should do in other for us to remain healthy cause they're some tiny factors that can trigger underlying conditions if not properly checked.

These conditions include stroke, heart diseases,cancer, diabetes, kidney diseases etc

But if we constantly check these little but Important risks we might reduce the risk of developing these conditions.

Things to do to keep your health in check

Eat healthy

This is very important,I made a post about snacking some days back and I guess you guys found it useful.

The things you eat really has a lot of effects on your health,so it is advisable to take a balanced diet regularly as that would keep you healthier and stronger rather than eating too much meals that are not balanced. A healthy food can help you lose weight, reduce your cholesterol levels and also prevent you from developing diseases.

Regular exercising

Exercises can prevent you against a lot of diseases like heart diseases, stroke,cancer, diabetes and even kidney diseases. Regular exercising of 30 to 60minutes,5 days a week can kill depression,help you lose weight and also reduce your rate of getting injured.... please do and exercise regularly.

Lose weight when you're overweight.

being overweight puts you at risks of getting several diseases like heart disease,stroke,cancer, diabetes,high blood pressure,high cholesterol etc.

A very common problem with overweight people is arthritis in the joints of overweight persons.

They're are a lot of things that can help you lose weight like exercising, reducing meals, eating healthy, taking fat burning meals and fruits etc....lose weight and keep your health in check.

Safe sexing

The safest sex is the sex between just two committed partners and the use of condoms to prevent the transfer of sexually transmitted diseases.

Safe sex is good for the emotional and physical well being.... practice safe sex and keep your health in check.

Protect your skin

Exposure to the sun has been the reason to many skin cancers,wear protective clothing when going out in the sun and also use good sunscreens that protects against UVA and UVB rays on your face and other body parts exposed to the sun.

Do not sunbathe or use tanning booths or draw tattoos as they can be damaging your skin and exposing it to cancer.

Do not smoke or use tobacco

Smoking and using tobacco are very bad and damaging habits,they expose you to heart disease,lung, throat and mouth cancer....they can also cause COPD ( chronic obstructive pulmonary disease).

Do not smoke and if you're already smoking,the sooner you quit the better for you.

Reduce your alcohol intake

To much alcohol is damaging to your health. It is advisable for a man to take just 2 drinks a day and a woman just 1,as anything more than these can cause damaging effects to your body like kidney disease,liver disease,stroke cancer etc.

Alcohol abuse has been the cause of some deaths,murder and suicide in recent years so mind the way you take it.

See your doctor regularly.

Yeah seeing your doctor from time to time is really crucial in being healthy too. It is important visit your primary doctor,eye doctor, dentist from time to time in order to keep your health in check.

Take flu shots annually,ask for a list of medicines to keep you in check,ask how many calories you need in order not to be overweight etc.

Doing these things continue will keep you healthy and in good shape all year round.
