The news about the launch of ethereum 2.0 has been throwing waves over the cryptocurrency world.

Before it's failed launch in August,a lot of people dived into the market to get all the ethereum they could get and we saw a massive surge in the price,increasing by almost a 100% in less than a month,it was a massive step for the ethereum blockchain as gas fees increased due to higher transactions and gave a lot of profits to ethereum miners, stacking up over a 100000$ in their pockets everyday.

But too bad that the promised launch failed and to punish the buyers more,the prices of all cryptos took an unexpected turn which resulted in so many losses.

With the launch postponed and promised to take place in November,below are some of the things we should be expecting.

Reduced gas fees

We all know how the gas fees for ethereum transactions could send you to your village,the gas fees sometimes would be higher than what you want to send which was really frustrating.

I remember I did a transaction of 10$ but had to pay almost 6$ as gas fees....it was frustrating but I had no choice but to do it.

We won't experience that again when ethereum 2.0 is finally launched,gas fees will be far lower and transactions would be faster as promised by the projects developers....I hope they achieve it because we will all be so happy.

Before now ethereum had what we know as smart contracts where you are rewarded for bringing downlines to your chain but after the launch of ethereum 2.0, there will be a plus,where you can hold your ethereum in a wallet and stake with a validator and earn passive income as your ethereum stays and shines in your wallet.

Now to the last and best part

Increase in ethereum price.

This is where the whales will rub their fingers and be ready to hold all they can get.... with a lot of validators trooping into the ethereum 2.0 staking project in which they are expected to hold up to 500,000 ethereum in their wallets, we'll notice a huge scarcity of ethereum and they'll be huge demand ahead of supply,thereby causing a huge surge in price.....so holders continue holding cause your rewards are yet to come.
