An eleven lettered word that has so much importance. Are you reliable?

Reliability is the ability of others to believe in you and trust in you in a specific type of situation.

When you're reliable it puts you above others and when people want to make a choice,they pick you first before the others.

They're a lot of places where reliability really counts but I'll just cite a few in this post.

Reliability to your family.

Does your family rely on some certain things,money aside,I mean things like loyalty,advice,love,ideas and even friendliness to them?

When your family can rely on you on so many things you become the family's favorite that things wouldn't even start of without you.... they'll be like "you have to be home during this event...cause without you this place wouldn't be cheerful and lively" cause they trust in your friendliness.

When they rely on you for advise, you'll be the first person they'll run to when they need ideas on what to do or they're confused about something. If you don't give them an idea they won't feel easy with what they want to do.

Then when they rely on you for love and loyalty,they feel so comfortable around you,they always love it when you're around and they always know you got their back and would never do anything to hurt them. They'll tell u their deepest secrets cause they know you'll keep it.

I've seen families where a certain person is loved more than the rest because of reliability.

We should be reliable in our family, it's really rewarding and it really makes you indespensible

Reliability at your place of work.

Have you ever wondered why some people are furloughed from work why a few people are left behind? That's because those few people are reliable and indespensible, they're so important and trustworthy that they can't just be allowed to go, that's what's reliability can do,it can get you promoted, increase your salary and keep you for longer at your place of work....so for any job we're doing we should do it deligently so we can be relied upon. Your employer would say "give it to him,he can do it" cause he relies on you.

Reliability to friends

This is where you become best friends to people without your notice because you're reliable with secrets,care,help and many other things.

People believe in you when you're reliable,they trust you and love you and just wanna keep it going with you. You've wondered how just one person is liked so much among a set of people? That's because they're reliable.... I've being in that position where my friends would be arguing who's my best friend and I didn't know how I got that far in their lives.
