Why is it that those behind will always be the one saying I wished I was the one I would have done better, they'll be at the back suggesting and saying he didn't do this well enough? have you ever been a leader and known what it takes to control subordinates,reason with them and make a path for them to follow? leadership isn't an easy task and it's not like being a boss where you order people around to do the things to be done. in leadership,you do the things yourself,set an example and make the path for everyone to follow....if anything is to hit the group,it has to hit a leader first. When you see a leader that is trying please appreciate them and assist in moving the group forward.... Being leader is Hard. I feel that too before when I became a Leader of my group in one subject. They always think that you already know or you can do it in your own because sometimes, your members think that you are a genius. They just giving money and pay for the things that we need but I just don't need that I need their hardworks too. When we are set a date and time for a group meeting, they always snob my text and calls. They are stubborn and can't make a suggest in our groups plan and it is hurt me the most. I can even stay up late to do all the rest. So when I am a member too, I feel that I need to help my Leader. Because being a Leader is not that easy. You feel depressed when you failed to rise your Members.
Yeah, leadership comes with a lot of responsibilities that has to be met and commitment is what is needed of a leader to keep up with these responsibilities You have spoken well man
There are no person can help you if you are a leader, you can't trusts your members. Just like a President in a Country. your Members can also make a plan or do something to make you down.
