Christmas has always being a time of merry in all parts of the world and even if you don't celebrate it you can't help but notice that's the most busy and cheerful time of the year.
You'll see Christmas lights everywhere,fancy clothes, Christmas songs everywhere and that is the time everyone must look fine and beautiful.....if you ain't beautiful during Christmas then you can never be fine.
I'm from the southern part of Nigeria, Delta State and this is my first Christmas after being a graduate.
I usually celebrate Christmas with my family at home,I go back home wherever I am at this time of the year just to spend that joy and happiness of the season with the most loved people in my life....I can't bear to Miss it. The journey back home is always full of memories of previous years, reminiscing on all the past Christmas periods.
During this time I usually stay at home,my friends will come visit and we'll have fun n tell gists of how our year has been, we'll visit places together most especially to catch fun and take some booze and on that Christmas day my mum will make a special dish that we'll eat and share to neighbors.
That Christmas day is always the day of eating, they'll be a lot of food from the neighbors and your loved ones. I don't just stop eating on that day, I'll taste from every food in order to access the best food and judge the best cooks.
That's the day I'll visit all my friends that has being visiting me because I wanna eat their Christmas meat too..... I'll eat n eat till there isn't any space left in my tummy and I'll come home n sleep. Painful thing is I'm not fat.
I am that greedy.
Then later in the evening I normally go out with my siblings and see the beautiful places in my town and we get back home at around 9pm.
Christmas has always being fun and this year won't be an exception.
