Why do people lack the courage to fail???
I know failing feels terrible. It's embarrassing, demoralizing and can wreck down your self-confidence if you let it into your life. However, failure can become one of most valuable teaching tools if you're willing to learn some hard life lessons.
We learn from failure, not success....
Having the courage to fail can pay high dividends in life and carrier. When you are not afraid of failing, you are more likely to take risks. Being willing to take risks, even when falling along the way, can help you to develop original and innovative ideas leading to new opportunities.
Failure is not fun for anyone, but learning how to fail and more importantly, having the courage to fail, can boost learning and open up opportunities you could have never imagined before. In most cases, failure is not the problem but the fear of failure is. The fear of failure will definitely keep you from success in all areas of your life. It would prevent you from achieving your goals you truly deserve.
It's easier to learn from failure than to learn from success because it gives you the chance to do what's not working and do something about it. By failing and using what you've learned from experience, you have the potential to become more persistent.
Basketball legend Michael Jordan told two anonymous authors of a book published in 1998 titled "Nike culture: The sign of the swoosh", "I've missed more than 300 games, 26 times I've been trusted to make the game winning shot and missed. I've failed over again in my life and that's why I succeed".
Also, Michael Faraday that we all know as the father of electricity till today, has failed many times in an attempt to produce electricity. He didn't quit then but kept trying till he succumbed failure by producing electricity. That made him unforgettable throughout the universe.
They both share the same surname, no wonder they are both legends LOL 😂 Don't mind me, just kidding.
You can't succeed at anything without failing first. It's important to understand that failure is an essential ingredients of learning. Failure is so valuable because it hurts, it forces you to take one of the two paths: either you choose to give up and do a something else less challenging, or you can choose to learn from the pain of your failure and keep trying again using what you learned to secure you future success.
By changing your perspective and having the courage to search where you went wrong, you would be able to bounce back from setbacks and improve you chances of success later.
Failure only make your next shot easier, quicker and surer. Truly failure helps you to reach your peak and best potential.

Failure gives room for learning and corrections but it pains to fail.
