Emotions as they say are part of us, they can both make or mar us if not put in control.
Each emotion has its limits and has its consequences How we navigate this limits is good for our survival, No anger can make you look like a push over people will easily step on you and feel they can get away with it just like too much anger can make you go to extreme say like killing somebody and we all know the consequences that comes with murder regardless of the justification except its self defence though.
