Self defense doesn't needed by someone who will be next victim

The criminal also need self defense from such sins

He should himself strong enough to be human to learn humanity

He should aware of his mental condition

He should know his ins and outs

What people are getting from it

I consider the criminal require more self defense from such cowardness to do some sin like this to hurt humanity.....😑
