But in this article, I want to specify on success and failure. we all want to succeed but nobody wants to fail but the price to success is failure! You must pay the price to succeed. Every successful man have in their lifetime experienced failure.
How do you deal with success and failure? we must experience these situations in our life but our reaction on how we handle them will determine the quality of our life. According to Rudyard Kipling, "if you can greet these two imposters (success and failure) and treat them both the same, the World Is yours" How you think about failure and success and how your philosophy shapes your reaction when they occur, determines your personal growth.
Nobody wants to fail! But failure is not a judgement, it is a circumstance, and it can be a marvelous gift. The major issue is how do you address failure after it occurs? How do you cope with failure? The first step is to change your mindset! Don't see failure as the end of the world rather, see failure as an opportunity. When failure happens, there is a gap. How do you fill the gap? what story will you tell yourself in the gap? Are you a victim or a hero? You have a choice! The choice you make in the gap between failure and your action will determine the flavour of your failure.
