I dozed off for about or more than 30 minutes I guess while putting the kids to sleep. Good thing I decided to turned off the stove for I was boiling the sweet potatoes. I did it without even checking whether it became tender as I want it to be. Glad it was just right! The other half I sliced it off to form sticks to be ready for frying later once the kids are awake. Meanwhile, I am drinking this another flavor of Locally Juice by NutriAsia. This one is tagged as Super Fruits MANGOSTEENcredible. The taste is perfect and not too sweet for me! It's claiming that they source their fruits locally reason for its name (Yes lets #SupportLocal!) and their Mangosteen came from the exotic province of Davao, Philippines.
