Kids woke up late and so I managed to run the washer and was able to finished 2 sets of load. One more to go and ready for rinsing but that can wait later in the afternoon on kids sleeping time. They had their breakfast and rested a bit. Now I will start to teach Elyzz her lesson and Bertt is next. Ciao! 🤗

Elyzz wasn't in the mood for her lessons. She loses her focus and seemed preoccupied. Well I can't blame her when she's seeing her siblings playing while she's here studying. I dozed off while getting my kids sleep. Good thing it doesn't went deep because I need to finish doing my laundry. Sleepy as I am but still need to get back at work. Oh yes finally I am done with the laundry! The dinner is ready and the kids had bathed too! I am feeling a bit sticky and I feel the need to take a bath now (after posting this, haha!). Grateful for all the blessings! 🙏 Unexpected visitor came! Hubby's 2 brothers just came and gave this box of donuts and biscuits to the kids. And not just that, they also brought us this sack of rice! I don't know how many kilos it is but this supply would last in us for long. We can saved a lot from buying rice for 3 weeks or more. So grateful for them in everything, for loving my kids and for helping our family in many ways. 🥰

2kg box of 3+ milk now empty! I already had the last pack open and transfer to a container. Hubby will supposedly buy yesterday but the line of customers paying in the counter of the supermarket was too long making him decided to back out. And so he must go now and buy. Good thing Erynn's milk supply is still enough to last one more week. Buying her supply can wait until payday. 🙏

My arm accidentally touch the nozzle of our fog machine while disinfecting the parcel I received. It really hurts and so I rushed in the sink hold my arm into running water for minutes. Good thing I never let our Calmoseptine ointment supply run out. Always ready for my kids skin needs and situation like this. It has cooling effects and the pain subside now. I am letting my kids used that machine before but I won't let them next time.

All chores done except the mountain of clothes that needs to be fold. I just drop by here to greet everyone a very Good evening! I hope I can finish it quickly so I can have a chill time before the end of the day. I plan on watching Alice in Borderland, it got good reviews and the 1st episode is very thrilling makes me wanna watch more. Have dinner, do not skip. Have a pleasant evening to all. 💚

Time check it's 21:08 and I am finally done with everything. Hooray! Just waiting for hubby's ginger lemon tea with honey to simmer for few more minutes. It will be perfect for our chill time! Still waiting for the kids to sleep though. 💪

Starting the day right is the key to a great day ahead! Just done with a worship service at home. Though our current situation does not permit us in going to church it won't be a hindrance in glorifying the Almighty! 🙏 Thankful for blessing us with another day to live and be with our family. Kids are watching (again!) Roald Dahl's The Witches and I can hear them screaming loud while I am on the kitchen. They are begging their Papa to join them on watching because they are scared. If they love what they are watching, rather if they are scared, they are well behaved! I better search for more movies on this genre. Haha! ✌ P.S. Sorry for the mess, haven't started cleaning up. 😅

Another thing that I love during weekends and keep looking forward to is my hubby's cooking! There comes a saying that "The way through a man's heart is through his stomach." but that won't be the case for us. It is the other way around! And I am sure he didn't fell inlove with my cooking skills. Haha! For our lunch we had Pork Nilaga! His version is always way better than mine, I admit that! We have eaten a lot. Busolved much! 😁

It's raining now and it cool down a bit. Getting kids to sleep this afternoon is always an extra challenge for me and hope this rain and sudden coldness of the breeze help them to fall asleep easier. I too became sleepy but I need to stay awake because I have parcels coming. I was just planning for a quick nap but that 'quick nap' turned into 2 long hours of sleep. Though it wasn't a straight one, I woke up in between to cater the needs of my kids. My girls woke up before me and my son. I suddenly felt tired from my everyday hustlin' and grindin' and so my body required me to rest. I really can't forced myself to work at my state earlier but now I felt so much good. Body rest is so much needed, don't deprived ourselves from some 'timeout'. 💚

I received a message from my sis-in-law that my brother had a delivery near at our place and that he'll drop by. I didn't cooked for dinner and only reheat some leftover sinigang but only veggies are left and no more meat. And so I rushed in cooking some skinless longganisa for him. He was here around 7pm and stayed for an hour to avoid rushed hour and traffic along his way. Told him to send me a message once he's home. Got a message from hubby too that he'll be coming home…

Finally he's home! It's the very first time since the pandemic started that he came home from work this late. Finally done with modular lessons for week 2 and 3. Ready for tomorrow's submission and another distribution for weeks 4 and 5. These was supposed to be submitted today but was rescheduled because their teacher have a vaccine scheduled for today. Few days back I had noticed that our pails at our bathroom had started to have greenish build-ups. It was actually an eyesore to me and was planning to clean it up but failed to do so in the previous days. Last Sunday when my cousins came here they brought our tv's bluetooth remote as well as the stand as I told them too. I left those at my parents house together with some of our things. Another good thing when hubby's schedule for work is a bit late (aside from having a license to wake up a little late too 😅), the kids will woke up with a sight of him in the morning and still can get to bond a little. 💚 No more sad faces and throwing questions like 'Where is their Papa?'. I am laughing really hard that my tummy is aching! Lol! We're supposed to submit a video showing the kids is dancing. They must follow this 'Wellness is Life' dance moves/steps that their teacher sent in the group chat. But how are we going to do this when Erynn is around?! 😅 She's a total scene-stealer! Hindi talaga kaya magvideo individually at laging nang aagaw ng eksena at bigay todo sa pagsayaw ang bunso ko. Buti mabait naman si teacher at okay na daw yun. Haha! Hay salamat natapos na din! One of the hardest part of everyday is thinking of what to prepare and serve the family during meal time. I checked on the fridge and I only got 6 pcs of chicken drumstick left. We're done eating dinner, how about you friend? Bathed the kids too so they are clean and fresh for the night! Finished with all the kitchen works and the only chores that's waiting is the laundry. I was able to load everything on the spin-dryer and just resting a bit before I'll hang them out to dry. These are what I cooked for our dinner, fried chicken for the kids and sauteed spicy sardines with bok choy. :)

My bad that I came up with a 2-word name for my kids. That after writing their lengthy name they'll start complaining that they are tired and their hand is hurting. 😅 Every activity page they need to write their name on top of the paper and so what I did is I have them write it at the first page only since every set is stapled. After finishing every lessons and activities, I'll have the kids complete it by writing their names. 😂

When I contracted covid 2 months ago, there's a lot of suggested to-do list to recover quickly and one of those is doing "suob". It's steam inhalation and we're doing it sometines with water and salt. Sometimes we add vicks or essential oil. Since Erynn was with me during my quarantine period though she's negative, we used to do it together because she had coughs and cold back then.
