Not only quantity is required but quality as well in a food .vitamins are affected by the staleness of the food and the method of cooking.

High carbohydrate diets tend to produce lethargy and a low resistance to disease. High protein diets produce healthy lives, but the span of life is likely to be short.

The balance of diet for each meal should be considered and the times of feeding, a reasonable quantity of food should be taken immediately after rising and very little just before going to sleep.

A good breakfast is superior to no breakfast at all. Each main meal should contain protein and carbohydrate and there should be three main meals a day, but more important still, the meal times should be at regular times.

Let's try to take a balanced food to make us grow more healthy. Though, many wish to be doing so but not that buoyant financially but may God supplies all our needs.
