We all know that every culture has its own traditions and occasions where they cook kebab. In Morocco, you can find a lot of snacks and restaurants cook kebab every single day. Moroccans enjoy eating different types of food and kebab is one of them.

In Eid El-Adha people eat kebab for this is a special occasion where they celebrate by slutauring a ship and celebrate. Every year people in Morocco celebrate by slutauring a ship and eat kebab the day of the Eid as they believe in their religion.

So let's figure out how do the Moroccans prepare the kebab of Eid El-Adha?

So let's figure out how do the Moroccans prepare the kebab of Eid El-Adha?

Step 1: They slutaure the chip and they get rid of the parts which are not healthy. Then they take the liver, and the hearth of the ship, and also the lamb lobe.

Step 2: They put both the hearth, and the liver on the charcoral for about 5 minutes in order to get a little bit dry. Then they put it from the charcoal and cut them into pieces alongside with the lamb lobe.

Step 3: In this step, they are rolling the long pieces of lamb lobe on the pieces of liver and hearth. They put them on long nails which are invented for this reason.

Step 4: They put the nails on the charcoal, they add salt and cumin over them and they watch them while they are cooking them.

Step 5: They take the nails and every one take his nails, put them in a piece of bread and eat while drinking mint tea.

Note: You can either put salt and cumin while cooking the kebab or you can leave it untill you want to eat it.
