How to prepare the Moroccan fried-fish
In Morocco, you can cook fish using different ways. There are a lot of recipe in which you can use fish. Morocco is well-know by fish. That's why there is no doubt that there are all that types of recipes.
If you want to prepare fried-fish you have only to follow some simple steps by which you can prepare this wonderful meal and enjoy it with your family or you can just prepare it if you live alone. So let's figure out how to prepare the Moroccan fried-fish.
First of all, you need to buy any type of fish you want but I would like to recommend sardines especially in this recipe. You have to peel you fish and clean it from inside. After that, leave it for about 10 minutes. Next, mix some onion, coriander, ginger, and salt in a bowl. Do not forget to mix them very well then put a little inside your fish.
In the second step, pour about one cup or two cups of oil into a saucepan then turn on your oven. Take some flour and when ever you want to put a fish into the saucepan put it in the flour from both sides then you can put it down in your saucepan. Remember to put only three fish or four into the saucepan and keep like that untill you finish them.
In the last step, after you finish preparing your fish, you can serve them into a plate and add some lemon or serve it with a salad if you want.
