1-Be to the point:

Students are done with the number of pages that they have in their books; they want more special lessons rather than just get them exhausted by the same syllabus. Be to the point it means to give them simple and understandable definitions; for example, in tenses, use simple definitions to give them more space to make their own sentences later. Use common terms to explain the rules for them.

2- Let them work:

When you give them the examples try to give them a chance to write what they have understood so far. For instance, help them by motivating them twords lovely things that they usually write about or use in their daily life. Change your mode of work. Do not follow with them only the same process. Try to creat more interesting exercises and help them enjoy what they are working on.

3- Do not be angry:

If they make a mistake, teach them how to avoid the problem next time instead of blaming them on their mistakes. Once your students love you, they will love all what comes from you. They will enjoy your subject more than any other subjects because they know that you are not blaming them but helping them.

4- Make them happy:

You must not leave the chance for your students to disrespect you. You have just to be like a friend to them. At the end of every session, let them express themselves in the way they want. Ask them to go in front of the black or white board and ask their mates to ask them any question they want but just respect questions. In this case, they will always be ready for their turn to answer, and they will look for appropriate answers for some common questions. Try to make them more interactive and communicate by following useful methods.
